One should desire. Possessing perfect fruits and flowers, Praised is the stainless water, The mantra practitioner should cultivate the mantra. Do not proclaim it in other places, In the abode of gods or in the charnel ground, With a single, stable sign, And likewise at the edge of a single sign, The mantra practitioner should cultivate the mantra. After protecting oneself and one's companions, Possessing previously used secret mantras, The mantra practitioner should always recite mantras. Great monasteries, great trees, And places where flowers, fruits, etc., arise, The summit of mountains, caves, And clean places with water, On the banks of great rivers, in pleasant places, The mantra practitioner should cultivate the mantra. Having known the mantra, one will surely understand, In the east, there is also a great river, The banks of the Luhita River are very good, Likewise, the land of Kamarupa, Which causes cities to flourish, Wherever this goes is excellent, Abiding and the great river, In that place, constantly repeat, Rely on the pure and wise. Perform the previous cultivation there as well, At the gate of the Ganges, all activities, Likewise, always at the Ganges, When encountering poisonous ones, Perfectly combine everything, Recite with a pure mantra. Great charnel grounds and other places, Constantly recite there with repetition. Stainless water and flowing water, In places abandoned by all beings, Therefore, extremely, Recite with a meditative mantra. There, thinking of the world, One sees a little non-virtue, However, by indicating with mantras, Abide for a short time, Then go elsewhere. When the moon is seized by Rahu, Even if the time has not come, for a short time, Abide there, not elsewhere. What can the mantra practitioner do elsewhere? Then quickly go. In all the places where the Sugata's stupa resides, All the worldly heretics, Those who have fallen into wrong views, The abodes of other heretics, The mantra practitioner should always abandon. The mantra knower should not dwell there. Noble beings, wise and of good cause, Wherever the supreme Victor resides, And self-realized ones like rhinos, And great Bodhisattvas, Supreme sons of the Victor, Hearers, In all the places where they all reside, The mantra knower should.

With diligence, first approach; with equipoise, abide in the secret mantra; in that place, recite. The places spoken of are these, all the deeds spoken of, and the methods of accomplishment of the rituals of action, etc. If these are not obtained, then in any place, with cleanliness, first approach; with faith and longing, begin the work of the supreme ritual. First, place the main deity of the painted image facing west, and oneself facing east, take earth from an anthill, or earth from the bank of the Ganges River, mix it with white sandalwood, saffron, camphor, etc., and make the shape of a peacock. Place it before the painted image, and with unbroken tips of clean Kusha grass, make the shape of a wheel, hold it in the right hand before the painted image, and the left hand holds the peacock. On the night of the full white moon (waxing moon), make great offerings to the painted image, burn camphor incense, and recite continuously until dawn. Then, at the time of sunrise, it will become the king of peacocks, and the wheel will also burn. Oneself wearing the garlands and clothes of the gods, fully adorned, like the rising sun, becoming one with the desired form, prostrate to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, circumambulate the painted image, take down the painted image, and sit on the peacock throne, in an instant one will transcend the world of Brahma. Mantra holders, surrounded by countless billions of hundreds of thousands of mantra holders, will become the wheel-turning king of mantra holders, and will live for sixty kalpas. Going as one pleases, enjoying fully, walking without obstruction, possessing the perfection of the gods. One will directly see the noble Avalokiteśvara, he will become this person's spiritual friend, and ultimately one will also attain Buddhahood. Similarly, there are also clay, a collection of pills, holding objects for offering, hollyhock resin, cow-yellow, sword, iron arrow, single-pointed weapon, battle-ax, and various different weapon characteristics, the nature of the earth.
