Capable of accomplishing all great deeds, the great queen of knowledge, not to be overcome by all sentient beings, not to be resisted by all spirits, praised as auspicious by all Buddhas, blessed by all vidyas and mantras, the sovereign of all worlds, the master of all vidya masters, possessing the essence of love for all who are extremely hateful, possessing compassion for beings, completely destroying all obstacles. In short, however diligently it is combined, so diligently it is accomplished. Even without practice, it accomplishes all deeds. By reciting the vidya and touching anything, it becomes under control. By praising clothes and wearing them, one becomes fortunate. By praising a toothbrush and eating it, toothaches are eliminated. By reciting seven times over white karavira and eating it, food will appear even without seeking it. For eye diseases, grind rock salt into powder, recite seven times and fill the eyes, it will eliminate eye diseases. For ear diseases, take the fat (脂dhrika) that comes from the back of an elephant when it thunders, wrap it in kabu ka leaves and cook it over a small fire. After cooking, take it out and mix it with lukewarm water and rock salt, recite it seven times, and clean the ears with it, it will be calmed immediately. When a woman is giving birth, if the uterus is blocked and overwhelmed by pain, grind the root of aṭarluṣaka in inanimate water and apply it around the navel, and she will give birth easily. If a man is weakened by pain, or if an arrow remains in the body, recite one hundred and eight times over old ghee and feed it, or apply it around it, and the pain will disappear in an instant. For indigestion, hiccups, and fever, praise kāru tsha, rock salt, or any other salt and eat it, and one will be freed from the disease and live happily that day. Whether it is a chronic fever or a sudden fever, grind the root of matu luṅga and have them drink inanimate water, and they will be freed from it without harm, by reciting it seven times or twice. If it has been more than three or five years since she gave birth, or if she has not conceived for many years, or if she has been controlled by others' mantras and medicines, or if she has been abused by others, or if she cannot conceive, or if she is plagued by illness, or if she completely avoids other sexual acts, or if she cannot conceive due to any other minor illness, or if she has ingested stable, mobile, artificial, and non-artificial poisons, or if she has performed root, mantra, medicine, friendly, and unfriendly acts. Mix old ghee and peacock feathers together and grind them, mix them with sugar. After reciting it twenty-seven times, take an amount equivalent to a haritaki fruit. For seven days, drink boiled milk with sugar, and repeatedly recite the mantra. If there is a headache, recite seven times over a crow's wing and fan it, and one will feel comfortable. For diseases such as excessive sexual activity in women, grind the root of Alambusha with milk, add the root of Nilika, recite it one hundred and eight times, mix it with milk to make yogurt and drink it. Similarly, for quartan fever, quotidian fever, tertian fever, continuous fever, chronic fever, and severe fever, mix rice porridge with ghee, recite it one hundred and eight times, and have her drink it, and she will feel comfortable. Similarly, if possessed by a dakini demon, recite one hundred and eight times over one's own face and look at her, and she will feel comfortable. Similarly, for demons such as mother ghosts, children, zombies, corpses, and pot-bellied ghosts, and for all those possessed by fierce and malicious spirits, recite one hundred and eight times over one's own hand.
