Relying on the actions of worldly people, for those who desire accomplishment, when weaving excellent cloth, the best is to have the power of goodness, or to be intelligent and extremely skilled in craftsmanship. The most excellent and supremely skilled, the cloth is made by the best weaver, the best cloth is for doing the best things. The middle one does the middle things, the worst one does the minor things, the worst is the worst of all things. According to what the craftsman says, give the boat from it as it is. The craftsman's first words, after saying them, the one who is proficient in mantras, quickly give the reward. That is called the trade of a hero.
