所有的一切，都要完全地与所有事业相结合。要与这个伟大的秘密相结合，因为这个坛城具有利益众生的果实。为了修行者利益的缘故，能使一切受用明显增长的度母坛城的明咒，能使一切财富明显增长。总之，成为未来一切有情众生的导师，广为人知。然后，获得这个伟大的坛城，就能摧毁和寂灭无光彩。摧毁疾病和敌人的坛城，能使一切众生的光辉和力量得以成就，见到和听到之后，对于仪轨生起极大的欢喜，凡是这些，我对于所有佛的菩提，毫无疑问地将予以授记。凡是未来将出现的佛陀，以及世间的引导者们，也都会随喜。宣说地上的坛城是：能做一切寂静的事业，贫穷者能获得安乐，无依无靠痛苦的众生，都要很好地结合坛城。用因陀罗尼罗等的粉末，要如实地描绘坛城。如果没有因陀罗尼罗等，就用稻米粉如实地描绘。如果没有稻米粉等，就用砖粉等来描绘。如果没有砖粉等，就用沙子如实地描绘。这样，具备一切功德的，度母的奇妙坛城，是世间怙主的真实教言，是菩提萨埵所宣说的。具有菩提萨埵的藏经，大乘经部，世尊母圣救度母发髻竖立根本仪轨中，成就法仪轨和，坛城仪轨广大品，第三品圆满。然后，大菩萨再次完全地观察那个大坛城，思念着无实性的真实自性殊胜，世尊母一切如来所宣说和赞叹的，伟大的明王，最胜成就仪轨，宣说绘画的仪轨。

All of them should be completely combined with all activities. This great secret should be fully combined, because this mandala has the fruit of benefiting sentient beings. For the sake of the benefit of practitioners, the knowledge of the Tara mandala, which makes all enjoyment visibly increase, makes all wealth visibly increase. In short, it is widely known as becoming the teacher of all future sentient beings. Then, having obtained this great mandala, it can destroy and pacify the lack of splendor. The mandala that destroys diseases and enemies enables the glory and power of all sentient beings to be accomplished. After seeing and hearing it, great joy arises for the rituals. All of these, I will undoubtedly predict the Bodhi of all Buddhas. All the Buddhas who will appear in the future, as well as the guides of the world, will also rejoice. The mandala spoken on the earth is: it can do all peaceful activities, the poor can obtain happiness, the helpless and suffering beings should all be well connected to the mandala. With the powder of Indra-nila and others, the mandala should be truly and completely drawn. If there is no Indra-nila etc., then draw it truly with rice flour. If there is no rice flour etc., then draw it with brick powder etc. If there is no brick powder etc., then draw it truly with sand. Thus, possessing all the qualities, the wonderful mandala of Tara, is the true teaching of the protector of the world, spoken by the Bodhisattva. Possessing the Bodhisattva's collection of scriptures, the Mahayana Sutra section, in the root ritual of the Bhagavati Arya Tara with Upright Hair, the accomplishment method ritual and, the extensive chapter of the mandala ritual, the third chapter is complete. Then, the great Bodhisattva again completely observed that great mandala, thinking of the true nature of emptiness as supreme, the Bhagavati, the great king of ignorance, spoken and praised by all the Tathagatas, the supreme accomplishment ritual, spoke of the painting ritual.

索！首先在吉祥的日子里，以勇士的价格购买的棉花，交给婆罗门女儿的手来制作棉花。然后，要特别安住于那棉花上，取用以勇士的价格购买的根本明妃的线，念诵如下：诸佛和菩萨，声闻和独觉，祈请一切安住于此。祈请世尊和诸大菩萨，善好地安住，使我的生命有成果，使咒语的成就特别安住。那时，如果听到鼓、大鼓、海螺、琵琶、笛子、手鼓和锣的声音，或者王族，或者王族女，或者妇女，或者男孩，或者女孩，或者人们突然发出这样的声音：胜利，成就，赐予成就，给予，双喜，吉祥，连同果实，业之轮，众多等等，以及其他善妙的赞颂，或者出现铃声，或者任何喜悦的声音，修持者应当知晓，这些都是诸佛世尊和菩萨的加持。否则，就没有成就和果实。在那时，如果发出不悦耳的声音，或者双喜，或者粗俗，或者执持为一，或者完全毁灭衰败，或者唉，或者没有长久等等的声音，或者发出人和水牛，和豺狼，和驴子，和猫，和劣等二足动物，四足动物的声音，那么修持者应当知晓，没有殊胜的成就，并且应当在此生中始终坚持。再次像之前那样做，然后开始，像这样七次，即使是造作五无间罪的人，也能通过第七次的业之结合而成就。如是说。然后，修持者对那位少女进行守护，让她靠近吉祥草的坐垫坐下，让她面向东方或者面向北方，然后自己享用杂茹的宴席，并对那位少女

So! First, on an auspicious day, take the cotton purchased at the price of a hero, and have the daughter of a Brahmin make the cotton. Then, one should especially abide in that cotton, take the thread of the root vidyā purchased at the price of a hero, and recite as follows: May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas especially abide here. May the Bhagavan and the great Bodhisattvas live well, make my life fruitful, and may the accomplishment of the mantra especially abide. At that time, if the sound of drums, great drums, conches, lutes, flutes, hand drums, and gongs is heard, or a royal family, or a royal woman, or a woman, or a boy, or a girl, or people suddenly say such things as: victory, accomplishment, giving accomplishment, giving, double happiness, auspiciousness, together with fruit, wheel of karma, many, etc., and other excellent praises, or the sound of bells appears, or any joyful sound, the vidyādhara should know that these are blessed by the Buddhas, the Bhagavatans, and the Bodhisattvas. Otherwise, there is no accomplishment or fruit. At that time, if they make unpleasant sounds, or "double happiness," or vulgarity, or holding to one, or completely destroying decay, or "alas," or "not long," etc., or make the sounds of people, buffaloes, jackals, donkeys, cats, inferior bipeds, quadrupeds, then the practitioner should know that there is no supreme accomplishment, and should always persevere in this life. Again, do as before, and then begin, like this seven times, even those who commit the five unpardonable sins will be accomplished by the seventh union of karma. Thus it is said.
