Sita bhasma dhūsarata. Mūrti sa aṃ phaṭ phaṭ bodhi sattva ājñā payati svāhā. With the desire to benefit sentient beings, I will speak this mantra well. Possessing the spear mudra, destroying all bhutas. Acting with the form of the sky soaring, the great king of birds possessing great light. As long as in the sky soaring tantra, those teachings that are expanded, are the tantra that benefits all sentient beings, I also speak of it. In the sky soaring realization tantra, if the king of wrathful ones is not taught, for the sake of destroying the poison of those with poison, it acts with the form of a bird. As long as the mantras of the world, those rituals are spoken as examples, for the benefit of the sentient beings to be tamed, in that way, in that way, it acts. Any mantra of the Tathagata, and also the vajra and lotus families, those rituals are vast here, because they were previously spoken. Just as many mothers, diligently protect their children, so too for the foolish minded, I am the lineage of the form of the vidya mantra. 十地之子所说。 奇哉不可思议之形相，观世音所说。 复次，菩萨摩诃萨观自在，以一切圆满之世间界，以及眷属之大坛城，普皆观视，入于名为“如实劝请一切誓句”之三摩地。 何以故？入于三摩地故，一切有情之修持行意，皆能安住于一切有情之中。 菩萨摩诃萨入定之际，一切圆满之大眷属，以及处所庄严，手持宝珠心要庄严之坛城，不可思议且奇妙之变化，一切独觉，以及圣声闻，以及入行之菩萨等，以及具足十地，安住于十地自在者等，亦不能书写或令书写彼坛城，何况凡夫众生？ 圣妙坛城之誓句修持处所，菩萨大士观视之后，一切如来薄伽梵，以及一切独觉，以及一切圣声闻，以及安住于十地之菩萨，于王位现前灌顶且获得誓句者等，以及入行者，以及有漏与无漏一切有情，观自在以加持故，佛与菩萨之不可思议行之因，以及三摩地之差别，从心中所生之坛城进入，自身亦如实知晓。 一切凡夫亦不能以意念专注，何况书写或令书写？ 复次，菩萨摩诃萨观自在，对彼等随入大坛城誓句之有情说道：诸友谛听！此乃如来等与菩萨等之……

Spoken by the son possessing the ten grounds. Marvelous, inconceivable form, spoken by Avalokiteśvara. Furthermore, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteśvara, with all the complete realms of the world, and the great mandala of the retinue, universally gazing, entered into the Samadhi called "Truly Urging All Vows." Why? Because by abiding in Samadhi, the mind of practice of all sentient beings is fully established within all sentient beings. As soon as the Bodhisattva Mahasattva entered into Samadhi, the great complete retinue, and the place of adornment, the mandala adorned with the essence of precious jewels in hand, the inconceivable and marvelous transformations, all Pratyekabuddhas, and noble Śrāvakas, and Bodhisattvas engaged in practice, and those possessing the ten grounds, abiding in the power of the ten grounds, could not write or cause to be written that mandala. What need to mention ordinary sentient beings? The Bodhisattva Mahasattva, having beheld the place of practice of the vows of the noble and excellent mandala, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and all the Pratyekabuddhas, and all the noble Śrāvakas, and the Bodhisattvas abiding on the ten grounds, manifestly empowered as regents and having obtained the vows, and those engaged in practice, and all sentient beings with and without outflows, by the blessing of Avalokiteśvara, the common cause of the inconceivable conduct of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the distinctions of Samadhi, entering into the mandala born from the heart, he himself truly knew. All ordinary beings cannot focus on it with their minds, what need to mention writing or causing to be written? Furthermore, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteśvara spoke to those sentient beings who had entered into the vows of the great mandala: Friends, listen! This is the... of the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas.

如果连（誓言）也不违背，那么对于众生和其余圣者来说，更不用说了。然后，大菩萨又对金刚手秘密主说道：‘嘿，佛子！超越凡人的誓言，从心中产生的誓言，必定要宣说。对于人们来说，即使如来们完全涅槃，为了让众生正确进入，也应当宣说，以便世间和出世间的明咒和所有成就都得以实现。’然后，秘密主金刚手又对菩萨大士观自在说道：‘嘿，佛子！如果知道现在时机已到，请说吧，请说吧！’释迦狮子，世间怙主，完全涅槃时，人们殊胜的佛刹，众生的大地，你的坛城，仅仅见到，在世间，明咒的成就就会增长。如果不知道仪轨或誓言，没有成为誓言的主人，即使梵天大自在天，明咒的成就也不会改变。如果不精进于明咒，不见到誓言的教法，即使做各种各样的努力，明咒的成就也不会改变。当誓言的结合衰败时，即使帝释天尽力，明咒的成就也不会改变，更何况大地上的凡人呢？如果知道誓言的教典，修行各种行为，世间和出世间的明咒，仅仅念诵就能成就。在菩萨的坛城中，完全进入，做所有的事情。对于菩萨的教法，那里的明咒成就恒常存在。’然后，秘密主金刚手向那位大士祈祷道：‘嘿嘿，菩萨大士，圣观自在为了众生的利益，宣说了坛城仪轨。’首先，暂时在神通月半，或黑月，或罗睺星的白月方面，观察极好的太阳和吉日，与吉祥星宿完全相应的白月方面初一和满月，或其他时间。

If even (the oath) is not violated, then what need is there to mention sentient beings and other noble ones? Then, the great Bodhisattva said to Vajrapani, the lord of secrets: 'Hey, son of the Buddhas! The oath that transcends humans, the oath that arises from the mind, must be declared. For people, even if the Tathagatas completely pass into Nirvana, it should be declared in order for sentient beings to properly enter, so that all the knowledge and mantras of the world and beyond, and all accomplishments, may be achieved.' Then, the lord of secrets, Vajrapani, again said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara: 'Hey, son of the Buddhas! If you know that the time has come, please speak, please speak!' When Shakya Simha, the protector of the world, completely passes into Nirvana, the supreme Buddha-field of humans, the earth of sentient beings, your mandala, merely seeing it, in the world, the accomplishments of mantras will increase. If one does not know the ritual or the oath, or has not become the master of the oath, even Brahma, the great self, the accomplishments of knowledge-mantras will not change. If one does not strive for mantras, and does not see the teachings of the oath, even if one makes various efforts, the accomplishments of knowledge will not change. When the union of the oath decays, even if Indra tries his best, the accomplishments of knowledge will not change, what need is there to mention the ordinary people on earth? If one knows the scriptures of the oath, and accomplishes the actions of practice, the mantras of the world and beyond, merely reciting them will lead to accomplishment. In the mandala of the Bodhisattva, fully enter and do all things. For the teachings of the Bodhisattva, the accomplishments of its knowledge are always present.' Then, the lord of secrets, Vajrapani, prayed to that great being: 'Hey hey, Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, for the benefit of sentient beings, has spoken the mandala ritual.' First, for a while, on the half-moon of miraculous power, or the black month, or the white side of the Rahu star's month, observing the excellent sun and auspicious day, the first day of the white side that is perfectly in accordance with the auspicious stars, and the full moon, or other times.
