What else is needed? As soon as the great Wrathful King spoke, all sentient beings became dejected and terrified, their hearts saddened and broken. Apart from the Buddha, the Bhagavan, and the great Bodhisattvas, there was no other refuge, no other protector, no other support, so they approached the Bhagavan. Then, all those who move on the ground, move in the sky, are stable, are moving, are born from wombs, are born from eggs, are born from moisture and heat, and are born miraculously, belonging to the count of sentient beings, existing in the limitless and boundless realms of the world, existing in the upper, lower, direct, directional, and non-directional places, all those hidden in that instant and moment were summoned here in an instant by the great Wrathful King. This practice of the Wrathful King should not be recited in front of those who have not separated from desire. Why is that? Because that person will either die or become withered. Therefore, after blessing these words, it should be recited in front of a Buddha image, or in front of a stupa with relics, or in front of a sacred Dharma text, or in front of Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Freedom. It should not be read for other purposes or for any other reason. Why is that? Because it will lead to great misfortune, great sorrow, and destroy oneself. Only the Buddhas, the Bhagavatans, and the great Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, who possess supreme compassion, practice and follow the wisdom of omniscience, control all sentient beings, establish the Dharma correctly, enable all realms of sentient beings to attain Nirvana, reveal the unrevealed teachings, correctly combine the three vehicles, ensure that the lineage of the Three Jewels is never interrupted, clarify the practice of mantras, suppress the power of demons with a mind that is in harmony with the power of great compassion, destroy great obstacles, repel the venomous king, manifestly increase one's own power, repel the power of others, and stiffness...
