啊，儿子，此陀罗尼的加持和威力不可思议，即使说不可思议的赞颂也无法穷尽。如果不是从过去漫长的时间里广泛积累善根，甚至连此陀罗尼的名字都听不到，更何况亲眼见到呢？天、人、龙等眷属众多，你们听闻我赞颂此陀罗尼后，都应当随喜。如果有人对这个明咒加以诽谤，那就等于诽谤了恒河沙数九十九亿的诸佛。如果对此陀罗尼产生怀疑和不信任，那么这个人将永远失去巨大的利益，将在百千劫中于恶道轮回，没有解脱之时。要知道，他将永远见不到佛，听不到法，也见不到僧。聚集在那里的菩萨摩诃萨们，以及秘密主金刚手，梵天，帝释天，四大天王，天，龙，所有鬼神，听闻世尊赞颂此陀罗尼后，都非常高兴和满意，接受了如实的教诲，并开始显现成就。然后，菩萨日光为了完全守护那些受持大悲陀罗尼的人，说了这个伟大的明咒：那摩 布达 古拉贝，那摩 达摩 玛哈得，那玛 桑嘎 扎雅尼 扎布 比萨 达达姆 那玛。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵这个明咒，所有不好的事情都会完全消除，驱除邪魔，消除障碍，所以每次念诵后都要向佛顶礼一次。同样，每天三次念诵明咒并向佛顶礼，那么在未来的所有生世中，都会获得每个令人愉悦、极其美丽的相貌成熟的果报。菩萨月光也为了完全守护瑜伽士们，说了这个陀罗尼：辛迪得 杜索士扎，阿嘉米得 阿图士扎，辛那克得。

O son, the blessings and power of this dharani are inconceivable; even if one were to utter inconceivable praises, they would not be exhaustive. If one has not extensively accumulated roots of virtue from a long time in the past, one would not even hear the name of this dharani, let alone see it directly. Many retinues of gods, humans, nagas, etc., after hearing me praise this dharani, you should all rejoice. If someone were to slander this vidya-mantra, it would be equivalent to slandering as many Buddhas as there are grains of sand in ninety-nine billion Ganges Rivers. If doubt and disbelief arise towards this dharani, then that person will be forever separated from great benefits, and will wander in the lower realms for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, with no time of liberation. Know that they will never see the Buddha, hear the Dharma, or see the Sangha. The Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas gathered in that assembly, as well as the secret lord Vajrapani, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, gods, nagas, and all the demons, after hearing the Bhagavan praise this dharani, were all greatly pleased and satisfied, accepted the true teachings, and began to manifest accomplishments. Then, Bodhisattva Sunlight, in order to fully protect those who hold the Great Compassion Dharani, spoke this great vidya-mantra: Namo Buddha Gurave. Namo Dharma Mahate. Namah Sangha Trayani Tri Pu Pi Sa Tatam Namah. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Reciting this vidya-mantra will completely eliminate all bad things, dispel demons, and remove obstacles, so after each recitation, one should prostrate to the Buddha once. Similarly, if one recites the vidya-mantra three times a day and prostrates to the Buddha, then in all future lives, one will obtain the fully ripened fruit of each pleasing and extremely beautiful appearance. Bodhisattva Moonlight also spoke this dharani in order to fully protect the yogis: Sintite Du Soshta, Ajnyamite Atushta, Sinakhita.

་བ་ལི་ ཏིཥྚཱ། （藏文）ཡ་མི་ཛྙཱ་ཏ་ཨོ་དྷུཥྚ། （藏文）ཀུ་ལ་ཏི་མཥྚ་ཁིཥྚ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文） 念诵此明咒五遍，用五种颜色的线打上咒结，系在疼痛的地方。此明咒是过去恒河沙数四十大劫的诸佛所说，如今我为了完全守护瑜伽士们，为了完全消除所有魔障，为了完全消除所有顽疾，为了完全圆满所有善法，为了完全舍弃所有恐惧和害怕而宣说。世尊开示说：贤首，观自在菩萨所说的此明咒是真实不虚的，绝无虚假。如果想让这位菩萨降临，就用二十一遍咒语加持古古律香并焚烧，菩萨就会降临。如果有人被猫妖附身，就将猫头骨焚烧后的灰烬与干净的土混合。用泥土捏成猫的形状，在空眼像前，用一百零八遍咒语加持干净的弯刀。切割成一百零八块，每念一遍咒语就念一遍他的名字，就能永远痊愈。如果被诅咒击中，就将古古律香和樟脑等量混合。与一蒲式耳干净的井水混合后煮沸，待剩下一捧左右时取出。在空眼像前，用一百零八遍咒语加持后饮用，就能痊愈。如果被蝎子或蛇咬伤，就用七遍咒语加持荞麦粉，涂在伤口上，就能立即痊愈。如果恶人设下圈套进行伤害，就用干净的土或面粉，或蜂蜡捏成对方的形状，在空 眼像前，用一百零八遍咒语加持弯刀，每念一遍咒语就砍一下，并念对方的名字。焚烧完毕后，做成一百零八块，对方就会高兴，直到痊愈为止都会恭敬地尊敬和爱戴你。

་བ་ལི་ Tistā. (Tibetan) Ya mi jñāta o dhustā. (Tibetan) Kula ti masta khista svāhā. (Tibetan) Recite this mantra five times, tie a knot with a five-colored thread, and attach it to the place of pain. This mantra was spoken by the Buddhas of the past, as numerous as the sands of forty Ganges rivers. Now, I also declare it in order to fully protect the yogis, to completely eliminate all obstacles, to completely eliminate all incurable diseases, to completely perfect all virtuous dharmas, and to completely abandon all fear and dread. The Blessed One said: Kunda, this mantra taught by the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara is truly authentic and without any falsehood. If you want this Bodhisattva to come, consecrate guggul incense with twenty-one recitations of the mantra and burn it, and the Bodhisattva will come. If someone is possessed by a cat demon, mix the ashes of a burnt cat skull with clean soil. Make a cat-shaped figure out of clay, and in front of the empty-eyed image, consecrate a clean curved knife with one hundred and eight recitations of the mantra. Cut it into one hundred and eight pieces, reciting the mantra once and saying the person's name once, and they will be permanently healed. If struck by a curse, mix equal parts of guggul incense and camphor. Mix it with a bushel of clean well water, boil it, and when about a handful remains, take it out. In front of the empty-eyed image, consecrate it with one hundred and eight recitations of the mantra and drink it, and you will be healed. If bitten by a scorpion or snake, consecrate buckwheat flour with seven recitations of the mantra and apply it to the wound, and you will be healed immediately. If evil people set traps to harm you, make a figure of the opponent out of clean soil, flour, or beeswax, and in front of the empty- eyed image, consecrate a curved knife with one hundred and eight recitations of the mantra, reciting the mantra once and cutting once, and saying the opponent's name. After burning it, make it into one hundred and eight pieces, and the opponent will be happy and will respectfully honor and cherish you until healed.
