་པ་མེད་པ་སྦྱིན་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །མིག་མི་གསལ་ཏེ་འོད་དང་མི་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ན་མེ་ཤེལ་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཚ་བའི་རིམས་ཀྱིས་ཐེབས་ཏེ་བསིལ་བར་འདོད་ན་ཆུ་ཤེལ་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །བློ་ཐབས་མཐོན་པོར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་གཞུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །གྲོགས་པོ་མཛའ་བཤེས་དང་མྱུར་དུ་ཕྲད་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་མདའ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ལུས་ལ་ནད་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཐེབས་པར་གྱུར་ན་ལྕུག་མ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ལུས་ཀྱི་བགེགས་མ་རུངས་པ་བསལ་བར་འདོད་ན་རྔ་ཡབ་དཀར་པོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མཐུན་པའི་འཁོར་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་འདོད་ན་བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སྟག་དང་འཕར་སྤྱང་དང་དོམ་དྲེད་དང་གཅན་གཟན་མ་རུངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤང་བར་འདོད་ན་ཕུབ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །གནས་དང་དུས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བགེགས་ལས་ཐར་བར་འདོད་ན་དགྲ་སྟ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་དང་གཡོག་འཁོར་གྱི་ཕྱིར་ནི་ཤེལ་གྱི་གདུབ་འཁོར་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཡོན་ཏན་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་ནི་པདྨོ་དཀར་པོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་དག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འདོད་ན་པདྨོ་སྔོན་པོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཤེས་རབ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་མེ་ལོང་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་བར་འདོད་ན་པདྨོ་དམར་པོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སའི་གཏེར་འབྱིན་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཟ་མ་ཏོག་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །དྲང་སྲོང་གི་ལམ་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འདོད་ན་སྤྲིན་སྣ་ལྔ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཚངས་པར་སྐྱེ་བར་འདོད་ན་རིལ་བ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ལྷའི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འདོད་ན་པདྨ་ལེ་བརྒན་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཕྱོགས་གཞན་གྱི་དགྲ་ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བ་བསལ་བར་འདོད་ན་རལ་གྲི་དང་མདུང་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །དགེ་བའི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགུག་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དུང་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁོལ་བར་འདོད་ན་ཐོད་པའི་འཁར་བ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མྱུར་དུ་གཤེགས་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུག་པར་འདོད་ན་བགྲང་ཕྲེང་འཛིན་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཚངས་པའི་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དྲིལ་བུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཚིག་གི་སྤོབས་པ་གྱ་ནོམ་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །དགེ་བའི་ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ་རྣམས་རྟག་པར་འོངས་ཏེ་སྲུང་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ་པར་འདོད་ན་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །བྱམས་པ་དང་སྙིང་རྗེས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ་པར་འདོད་ན་འཁར་གསིལ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་པར་ཕན་ཚུན་གུས་པས་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་ཅིང་བརྩེ་བར་སེམས་པར་འདོད་ན་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱེ་བའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་དང་མི་འབྲལ་བར་འདོད་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱེ་བའི་ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རྟག་པར་དེ་བཞིན་ གཤེགས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་གནས་ནས་མངལ་གྱི་སྙིང་པོར་སྐྱེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་འདོད་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་ཤེས་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་མདོ་སྡེའི་གླེགས་བམ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ད་ལྟར་གྱི་ལུས་འདི་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་བར་དུ་རྟག་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ལས་ལྡོག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་འདོད་ན་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་གསེར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་མྱུར་དུ་གཤེགས་ནས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུགས་ཏེ་ལུང་བསྟན་པར་འདོད་ན་སྤྱི་བོ་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཤིང་ཐོག་དང་འབྲུ་རྣམས་གྲུབ་པར་འདོད་ན་རྒུན་འབྲུམ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །དེ་ལྟར་མངོན་པར་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྟོང་ཡོད་ཀྱང་དེང་མདོར་བསྡུས་ནས་མདོ་ཙམ་ཞིག་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་དད་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་གཟུངས་འདི་ཟུང་ལ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤེལ་ནས་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་བྱའོ། །གཟུངས་འདི་ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཕན་འདོགས་པར་བྱེད་པས་གཟུངས་འདིས་ཡོངས་སུ་གསོས་ན་མི་འཚོ་བ་གང་ཡང་མེད་དོ། །རིག་སྔགས་ཆེན་མོ་འདིས་ཤིང་སྐམ་པོ་ལ་བཏབ་ན་ཡང་ཡལ་ག་དང་ལོ་མ་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ན་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་དང་བཅས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཐེབས་པ་རྣམས་གསོས་ན་མི་འཚོ་བའི་གནས་ངེས་པར་མེད་དོ། །རིགས

If desiring to quickly meet friends and loved ones, to the hand holding a precious arrow, I pay homage. If the body is afflicted by various diseases, to the hand holding a willow branch, I pay homage. If desiring to dispel the fierce obstacles of the body, to the hand holding a white yak-tail whisk, I pay homage. If desiring to transform into a harmonious retinue, to the hand holding a vase, I pay homage. 手持铃铛的手，我礼敬您。如果想要拥有丰富的辞藻，我礼敬手持珍宝手印的手。如果想要善良的天神和龙族经常前来守护和救助，我礼敬手持铁钩的手。如果想要以慈爱和怜悯救助一切众生，我礼敬手持锡杖的手。如果想要一切众生恒常互相恭敬侍奉并心怀爱意，我礼敬手持合掌的手。如果想要在一切转生之处都不离诸佛，我礼敬手持化身佛的手。如果想要在一切转生世世代代恒常安住于如来宫殿，而不转生于胎藏之中，我礼敬手持化身无量宫的手。如果想要拥有广博的多闻智慧，我礼敬手持珍宝经函的手。如果想要从现在的身体直至证得佛身之间，恒常不退转菩提心，我礼敬手持不退转金轮的手。如果想要十方如来迅速降临，以手摩顶并授记，我礼敬头顶手持化身佛的手。如果想要果实和谷物丰收，我礼敬手持葡萄的手。如是，虽然有成千上万种成就仪轨，但如今简略地讲述了少许。世尊开示道：贤首，你应当以极其虔诚之心受持此陀罗尼，并在赡部洲广为传播，使其永不断绝。此陀罗尼能广泛利益三界一切被疾病困扰的众生，因此，以此陀罗尼救治，没有不能存活的。此大明咒即使加持在枯木上，也能生长出枝条、叶子、花朵和果实，更何况是有情识的众生呢？如果救治被疾病缠身的众生，必定没有不能存活的情况。

If you want the virtuous gods and nagas to always come to protect and save you, I pay homage to the hand holding the iron hook. If you want to save all sentient beings with love and compassion, I pay homage to the hand holding the kharasil. If you want all sentient beings to always respectfully serve each other and be loving, I pay homage to the hand holding the palms together. If you want to never be separated from the Tathagatas in all places of rebirth, I pay homage to the hand holding the emanation Buddha. If you want to always reside in the palace of the Tathagatas in all lifetimes and never be born in the womb, I pay homage to the hand holding the emanation immeasurable palace. If you want to have extensive knowledge of learning, I pay homage to the hand holding the precious scripture. If you want to never turn away from the mind of enlightenment from this present body until you attain Buddhahood, I pay homage to the hand holding the irreversible golden wheel. If you want the Tathagatas of the ten directions to quickly come and rub your head with their hands and give you a prophecy, I pay homage to the hand holding the emanation Buddha on the top of the head. If you want fruits and grains to be abundant, I pay homage to the hand holding grapes. Thus, although there are thousands of accomplishment rituals, today I have briefly described only a few. The Blessed One said: Kundgawo, you should hold this Dharani with a very sincere heart and spread it widely in Jambudvipa so that it will never be cut off. This Dharani can greatly benefit all sentient beings in the three realms who are afflicted by diseases, so if you heal with this Dharani, there is nothing that cannot survive. If this great mantra is applied to a dry tree, it will grow branches, leaves, flowers and fruits, let alone sentient beings with consciousness? If you heal sentient beings who are afflicted by diseases, there is definitely no situation where they cannot survive.
