The thirty-two marks and eighty minor marks will also be naturally obtained. If any individuals of the Hearers, upon hearing this dharani once in their ear, or practicing this dharani and writing it down, abiding in accordance with the Dharma with an upright mind, then the four fruits of a Shramana will be naturally obtained without seeking them. The mountains, rivers, rocks, and the water of the four great oceans in the three-thousand great-thousand world system can also be shaken and boiled. Mount Meru, even to the surrounding mountains, can be shaken and destroyed like dust particles. All the countless sentient beings dwelling there can also generate the mind of unsurpassed Bodhi. If any sentient beings wish to have their aspirations fulfilled in this very life, then by observing Uposatha and abiding in the precepts for twenty-one days, and reciting this dharani, their aspirations will undoubtedly be fulfilled. From the edge of Samsara to the very end of Samsara, all sinful actions will be completely purified. Within and without this three-thousand great-thousand world system, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who dwell there, as well as Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, gods, sages, and the kings of the Nagas, will know and understand. Whether it be a god or a human, anyone who recites and upholds this dharani, if they enter a river or the ocean to bathe, then those sentient beings there, if their bodies are touched by the water with which they have washed their bodies, all heavy sinful actions and faults will be completely purified, and they will be born from a lotus in a completely pure Buddha-field, and will no longer take birth from a womb, moisture, or egg. If one touches the body of another, all their obscurations and heavy sins will be completely purified, and they will no longer experience the ripening of the three lower realms. Moreover, they will always be born in the presence of the Buddha. Therefore, know that the merit and the fruition that those who uphold this possess are inconceivable. Whatever words come from the mouth of one who recites this dharani, whether good or bad, if heard by the sons of gods, maras, non-Buddhists, gods, nagas, or all demons and spirits, all of them will be transformed into the very nature of the completely pure realm of dharma. Therefore, they will generate a mind of reverence towards that person as if they were the Buddha, and will make offerings and serve them. Know that those who recite and uphold this dharani are the very treasure of the body of the Buddha. It is because they are cherished and cared for by as many Buddhas as there are ninety-nine billion times the sands of the Ganges River. Know that that person is the treasure of a radiant body, because they are illuminated by the rays of light of all the Tathagatas. Know that that person is the treasure of loving-kindness and compassion, because this dharani completely protects all sentient beings. Know that that person is the storehouse of the sacred Dharma, because they gather together all the doors of the dharani. Know that that person is the storehouse of meditation and samadhi, because hundreds and thousands of samadhis always manifest before them. Know that that person is the treasury of space, because they always look upon sentient beings with the wisdom of emptiness. Know that that person is the treasury of fearlessness, because gods, nagas, and auspicious deities always completely protect them. 须知，那是解脱之藏，因为天子魔和外道们无法阻挠。须知，那个人是药王之藏，因为他恒常以陀罗尼医治众生病患。须知，那个人是神通之宝藏，因为他能自在游行于诸佛刹土。因此，若要赞叹那个人的功德，穷尽时间也无法说完。善男子，若有人因厌倦世间痛苦，想要寻求长寿之药，就应安住于寂静处，完全封闭结界。以咒语加持衣服后穿上。以咒语加持水、食物、香和药物一百零八遍后食用，就不会被鬼神所害，从而获得长寿。如果如法地封闭结界，并如法地受持，一切都会显现成就。其中，封闭结界的仪轨是：以咒语加持宝剑二十一遍，在地上画线以封闭结界。或者，以咒语加持净水二十一遍，向四方泼洒以封闭结界。或者，以咒语加持芥子二十一遍，向四方抛洒以封闭结界。或者，以意念所及之处皆成为结界。或者，以咒语加持净灰二十一遍，以封闭结界。或者，以咒语加持五色线二十一遍，向四方缠绕以封闭结界。如是如法受持此法，自然而然就能获得果报。仅仅听闻此陀罗尼之名，也能净除无量劫以来轮回的沉重罪业，更何况是念诵和受持呢？念诵此明咒之人，须知他们已经供养和侍奉了无量诸佛，并广积了善根。为了将众生从痛苦的障碍中解脱出来，

Son of good family, if someone is completely weary of the suffering of the world and wants to seek the medicine of longevity, he should stay in a secluded place and completely close the boundary. If one consecrates water, food, incense, and medicine with mantras one hundred and eight times and consumes them, one will not be harmed by spirits and will gain longevity. If one closes the boundary according to the Dharma and upholds it according to the Dharma, everything will be manifestly accomplished. The ritual for closing the boundary is to consecrate a sword with mantras twenty-one times, draw a line on the ground, and close the boundary. Alternatively, consecrate clean water with mantras twenty-one times, scatter it in the four directions, and close the boundary. Alternatively, consecrate mustard seeds with mantras twenty-one times, scatter them in the four directions, and close the boundary. Alternatively, wherever the mind goes becomes the boundary. Alternatively, consecrate clean ashes with mantras twenty-one times and close the boundary. Alternatively, consecrate a five-colored thread with mantras twenty-one times, wind it around in the four directions, and close the boundary. If one upholds this in accordance with the Dharma, one will naturally obtain the result. Just hearing the name of this dharani will purify the heavy sins of samsara for immeasurable kalpas. What need is there to mention reciting and upholding it? Know that those who recite this vidya-mantra have offered and served immeasurable Buddhas and have accumulated vast roots of virtue.
