If one gets lost in the mountains, reciting this secret mantra will cause the gods who bring happiness and the dragon kings to guide him in human form. If one arrives at a mountain, forest, or monastery without water or fire, the dragon kings will show water and fire to protect him. Then, the noble Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara again spoke these peaceful verses to destroy and eliminate the plague diseases and harms of the mantra holder. If in desolate pastures and secluded mountain forests, Tigers and jackals, fierce predators, Snakes and centipedes, and Ḍākinīs, Even if they come, hearing this will be turned back by the power of the mantra. Living by the ocean, rivers, lakes, or shores, Poisonous snakes and snake catchers, Crocodiles, Yakshas, fish, and Kumbhiras, Even if they come, they will be terrified upon hearing the secret mantra. Fighting with enemies of a great army, Or even if encountering thieves who steal wealth, With faith, one-pointed mind, and loving-kindness, Reciting the secret mantra, evildoers cannot harm and will retreat. Being sentenced by the king and imprisoned, Or being confined in prison, bound by iron and wooden fetters, Reciting this secret mantra with faith, The king himself will be pleased with him. If in a poisonous forest or any house, Poisonous food is present there, Reciting the supreme secret mantra with faith, All poisons will transform into nectar. If a woman cannot proceed with childbirth after becoming pregnant, Or is made ill by mischievous spirits, Reciting this secret mantra with strong faith, The spirits will flee, and she will give birth safely. If spirits, malicious beings, and dragons, Cause harm in order to kill, Reciting this secret mantra with faith, Life will also increase, and diseases will be cured. If spirits cause swelling diseases, Or cause leprosy and pus-filled sores, Constantly reciting this secret mantra with faith, By the power of the secret mantra, everything will disappear. Even if performing deceptive and illusory actions, In order to kill beings who are extremely hateful, Reciting this secret mantra with strong faith, The illusionist there will not be able to move.

具有清净之法的，内心充满烦恼的众生， 被贪欲束缚，被邪见蒙蔽的人们， 日夜不正直，不得安宁，充满妄念的人， 以及与丈夫不和睦的妇女们， 通过念诵秘密真言能够解脱， 贪欲之火熄灭，内心变得正直。 如果讲述这个心咒的威力， 即使一个劫的时间也无法穷尽。 在五色丝线上，对此心咒念诵五遍， 然后打二十一个结，佩戴在颈间。 这个心咒是过去诸佛薄伽梵，如恒河九十九俱胝沙数之多，为了众生的利益而宣说的。 那些修习六波罗蜜多却无法圆满的人， 为了让他们迅速圆满而宣说的。 那些尚未发起成佛之心的人， 也能因此发起菩提心。 那些尚未获得声闻果位的人，也能迅速获得。 在三千大千世界中， 有多少天上的仙人没有发起菩提心， 也能因此发起菩提心。 那些对大乘佛法没有信心的根器，也能获得信心。 凭借此心咒的力量，大乘佛法中解脱之种子的苗芽将会生长。 如果有什么需要，凭借我的慈悲和善巧方便，一切都能成就。 在三千大千世界中， 黑暗无明的地狱众生中， 凡是居住在那里的众生， 如果听到这个心咒， 就能从痛苦中完全解脱。 那些尚未获得初地菩萨果位的菩萨们， 也能从十地直到获得佛陀的菩提果位。 大丈夫的三十二相， 以及八十随形好，也将自然圆满。 凡是声闻乘的众生，如果一次听到这个心咒， 将以正直的心念生起信心并修习。 四种沙门果也能如愿获得。 如果能够忍受这些。

Those who possess pure Dharma, sentient beings full of afflictions, Those bound by desire, those deluded by wrong views, Those who are not upright day and night, who are not peaceful, who are full of delusions, And those women who are not happy with their husbands, By reciting the secret mantra, they can be liberated, The fire of desire is extinguished, and the mind becomes upright. If one were to describe the power of this heart mantra, Even the duration of one kalpa would not be enough to exhaust it. On a five-colored thread, recite this heart mantra five times, Then tie twenty-one knots and wear it around the neck. This heart mantra was spoken by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, as numerous as the sands of ninety-nine Ganges rivers, for the benefit of sentient beings. For those who practice the six perfections but cannot perfect them, It was spoken in order to quickly perfect them. Those who have not yet generated the mind of enlightenment, Will also generate the mind of bodhichitta. Those who have not yet attained the fruit of a Shravaka will also quickly attain it. In the three-thousandfold great thousand world system, How many heavenly hermits have not generated the mind of bodhichitta, They will also generate the mind of bodhichitta. Those whose faculties have not found faith in the Mahayana Dharma will also attain it. Through the power of this heart mantra, the sprout of the seed of liberation in the Mahayana Dharma will grow. If there is any need, through my compassion and skillful means, everything will be accomplished. In the three-thousandfold great thousand world system, In the hells of dark and ignorant sentient beings, All the sentient beings who dwell there, If they hear this heart mantra, They will be completely liberated from suffering. Those Bodhisattvas who have not yet attained the first bhumi, Will also attain from the ten bhumis up to the bodhi of Buddhahood. The thirty-two major marks of a great being, And the eighty minor marks of excellence, will also be naturally perfected. Any sentient being of the Shravaka vehicle who hears this heart mantra once, Will generate faith and practice with an upright mind. The four fruits of a Samana will also be attained as desired.
