རྣམ་པ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་གང་སུ་ལ་བྱུང་ཡང་རུང་སོས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེས་ཞི་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་ནད་གང་ཡང་མེད་དོ། །ཡང་འབྱུང་པོའམ། ལྷ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་རྒོལ་བའི་མཐུ་ཡོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདུད་ཀྱང་ཕམ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །གཞན་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱང་ ལྐུགས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །གལ་ཏེ་རི་ལ་གནས་པའམ། དགོན་པ་ན་གནས་པ་གང་ཞིག་ཁ་ཏོན་པ་ལ་དེ་ན་གནས་པ་སྡིག་པ་བྱེད་པ་དང་། བགེགས་བྱེད་པ་དང་། གནོད་པ་བྱེད་པའི་ལྷ་དང་། འབྱུང་པོ་སྣ་ཚོགས་གང་དག་སེམས་འཁྲུགས་པར་བྱེད་ན། སྙིང་པོ་འདི་ལན་ཅིག་བརྗོད་པས་དེ་དག་ཐམསཅད་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་ཚུལ་འདི་བཞིན་དུ་གསང་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་ཅིང་འཛིན་ན། སྲོག་ཆགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཁོ་བོས་ཀྱང་ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། གསང་བའི་བདག་པོ་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་དེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འབྲངས་ལ་བསྲུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ཕྲད་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོ་བར་བྱའོ། །མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དང་། རང་གི་སྲོག་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྲུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དག་ཀྱང་སྨྲས་པ། གང་ཞིག་དད་པས་སྙིང་པོ་འདི། །ཁ་ཡིས་རྟག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པ་ཡི། །སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ལ་དུས་ཀུན་ཏུ། །སོམས་ལ་སྲུང་བགྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས། །ཁུང་བུ་མིག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། །སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད། །ལྷ་ཡི་དམ་པ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་དང་། །ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསྒོ་བར་བྱ། །ཁོ་བོའི་སྙིང་པོ་མཆོག་འདི་ནི། །དད་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པ་ཡི། །སྒྲུབ་པ་སྡིག་དང་བྲལ་བ་ལ། །ཁྱེད་ཅག་སྲུངས་ཤིག་སྐྱོངས་ཤིག་ཅེས། །དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེ་དང་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དང་། །ནོར་གྱི་བུ་དང་དྲག་པོ་དང་། །ཀུམ་བི་ར་དང་སེར་སྐྱ་དང་། །དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལ་ཁོ་བོ་བསྒོ། །གང་ཞིག་རྟག་ཏུ་དད་པ་ཡིས། །གསང་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་འཛིན་བྱེད་པའི། །རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་ལ་མི་གཡེལ་བར། །སོམས་ཤིག་སྲུང་བ་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས། །ལྔས་རྩེན་དང་ནི་བདེ་མཆོག་དང་། །ཙིན་ད་ལ་དང་སུ་མ་ལ། །བིང་ག་ལ་དང་གཤིན་རྗེ་ལ། །ཁོ་བོས་ལུང་གིས་བསྒོ་བར་བྱ། །གང་ཞིག་རྟག་ཏུ་དད་པ་ཡི། །ཁོ་བོའི་གསང་སྔགས་འདི་འཛིན་ཅིང་། །རྟག་བརྗོད་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་བ་ལ། །བསམ་པ་གྱིས་ཤིག་སྲུང་བ་གྱིས། །སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ལ་སྲུངས་ཤིག་ཅེས། །བདེན་པ་པོ་དང་སོ་བརྩེགས་དང་། །མི་མཇེད་བདག་དང་ལྷ་མོ་དཔལ། །དེ་དག་ཀུན་ལ་ཁོ་བོས་བསྒོ། །གང་ཞིག་དད་པས་ཁོ་བོ་ཡི། ། གསང་སྔགས་འདི་ནི་རྟག་འཛིན་ཅིང་། །རྗོད་བྱེད་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་

无论八万四千种疾病发生在谁身上，都能治愈。没有任何无法平息的疾病。而且，对于鬼神或诸神，也具有对抗的力量。也能战胜魔鬼。还能使其他外道哑口无言。如果住在山上或寺庙里的任何诵经者，那里居住的作恶、制造障碍、造成伤害的神和各种鬼神扰乱其心，念诵此心咒一遍，就能束缚他们。任何人以这种方式念诵和持诵此秘密咒语，都应对一切众生生起慈悲心。那时，我也会告诫诸神、所有龙王和秘密之主金刚手，要始终跟随在他身后，保护他，并与他相遇。要像保护自己的眼珠和生命一样保护他。也说了这些偈颂：无论谁以虔诚之心，口中常持此心咒，对于修行者，任何时候都要忆念并加以保护。像保护孔穴、眼睛一样，对于大能者和血脉后裔，要告诫神圣的铁钩神和金刚手。我的这个殊胜心咒，无论谁以虔诚之心常持诵，对于远离罪恶的修行者，你们都要守护和庇护。对于大自在天、遍入天、财神之子、勇猛者、鸠盘荼、塞建陀，我都要告诫他们。无论谁以恒常的虔诚，念诵和持诵此秘密咒语，对于持明咒者，不要懈怠，忆念并加以守护。对于五顶尊、胜乐金刚、赞荼利、苏摩罗、频伽罗和阎魔，我都要以教令告诫。无论谁以恒常的虔诚，持诵我的这个秘密咒语，对于常念诵的持明咒者，要用心守护。守护修行者，对于真实者、阶梯、娑婆主和吉祥天女，我都要告诫他们。无论谁以虔诚之心，恒常持诵我的这个秘密咒语，念诵持明咒

No matter who is afflicted by any of the eighty-four thousand kinds of diseases, it will be cured. There is no disease that cannot be pacified. Moreover, it will have the power to resist spirits or gods. It will also defeat demons. It will also silence other heretics. If any reciter living on a mountain or in a monastery is disturbed in mind by the gods and various spirits who dwell there, who commit evil, create obstacles, and cause harm, reciting this essence once will bind them all. Whoever recites and holds this secret mantra in this way should generate compassion for all beings. At that time, I will also exhort the gods, all the Naga kings, and the secret lord Vajrapani to always follow behind him, protect him, and meet with him. Protect him as you would protect the pupil of your eye and your own life. These verses were also spoken: Whoever with faith always holds this essence in their mouth, for the practitioner, at all times, remember and protect them. Like protecting holes and eyes, for the mighty one and the lineage, exhort the sacred Iron Hook God and Vajrapani. This supreme essence of mine, whoever holds it with faith, for the practitioner who is free from sin, you must guard and protect them. To the Great Lord, Vishnu, the son of the God of Wealth, the fierce one, Kumbhira, Skanda, I will exhort them all. Whoever with constant faith recites and holds this secret mantra, for the mantra holder, do not be negligent, remember and protect them. To the Five Zenith, Hevajra, Candali, Sumala, Pingala, and Yama, I will exhort them with commands. Whoever with constant faith holds this secret mantra of mine, for the mantra holder who constantly recites, be mindful and protect them. Protect the practitioner, to the truthful one, the ladder, the Lord of the Saha world, and the Goddess Shri, I will exhort them all. Whoever with faith constantly holds this secret mantra of mine, reciting the mantra holder.

Vā la! Remember, protect, please do! Great goddess Saraswati, King of the gods Indra, Lord of the Thirty-Three, Rahula, And the one who holds many, I beseech you. For the one who holds my vidyā mantra, Remember, protect, please do! Those who dwell in the five pure places, The gods of the pure places, And the true knower and the good jewel, I beseech them. Whoever believes in me, Constantly holds this secret mantra, And holds the recitation vidyā mantra, Remember, protect, please do! King Vaiśravaṇa and, Embracing mother and child, And the protector and ruler of the country, Good-eyed one and Victorious One, And the emaciated youth, I beseech them. Whoever constantly with faith, Constantly holds this secret mantra, And holds the recitation vidyā mantra, Remember, protect, please do! Joyful and Near Joyful two nāgas, And the god of power and the ocean, And the twenty-eight sages, I beseech them. Whoever constantly with purity, Constantly holds this secret mantra, And holds the recitation vidyā mantra, Remember, protect, please do! Nāga king Utpala and, Great transformation, great-bellied ones, And non-gods, non-humans, gandharvas, I beseech them. Whoever constantly with faith, Constantly holds this secret mantra, And holds the recitation vidyā mantra, Remember, protect, please do! Gods of water and fire, And flesh-eaters and lightning and clouds, Kumbhāṇḍas and garudas, I beseech them all. All of you, the gods who bring happiness, endowed with five hundred attendants, and likewise, the gods and nāga kings, and gods and goddesses, etc., and powerful yakṣas, whoever recites this essence of great compassion, please follow after them! Remove harm! Please protect! If a mantra practitioner is in the mountains and, In the dense, empty forests, Even if sleeping alone without a friend, The gods who bring happiness will protect him with their retinue. Epidemic diseases and, Obstacles will also be pacified.
