་གཱའི་ཀླུང་བཞི་བཅུའི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་ཏེ། བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་ད་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་རྣམས་སྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་ སྨྲས་སོ། །བགེགས་དང་ཡམས་ཀྱི་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་སྨྲས་པའི་གསང་སྔགས་འདི་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །མ་ནོར་བ་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དོན་ཡོད་པའོ། །སུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འགུགས་པར་འདོད་པ་དེས། གུ་གུལ་གྱི་བདུག་པ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ་བསྲེགས་ན། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེར་འོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སུ་ཞིག་བྱི་ལའི་གདོན་གྱིས་ཟིན་པར་གྱུར་ན། བྱི་ལའི་མགོ་རུས་བླངས་ཏེ་བསྲེགས་ལ་ས་གཙང་མ་དང་། ཐལ་བ་ཞིབ་མོ་དང་བསྲེས་ཏེ་ཆུས་སྦྲུས་ལ་བྱི་ལའི་གཟུགས་བྱས་ཏེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མིག་སྟོང་ལྡན་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་ཨུར་མོའི་རལ་གྲི་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ། རལ་གྲི་དེས་བྱི་ལའི་གཟུགས་དེ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་དུ་གཏུབས་ལ་དུམ་བུ་རེ་རེ་ལ་ཡང་ལན་རེ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཤིང་མིང་ནས་ཀྱང་བརྗོད་ན། ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་མི་ལྡང་ངོ་། །སུ་ཞིག་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལའི་དུག་ཟོས་ན། དེས་གུ་གུལ་གྱི་བདུག་པ་དང་། ག་བུར་ཆ་བསྙམས་ཏེ་ཁྲོན་པའི་ཆུ་ལྷག་མར་མ་གྱུར་པ་དང་། བསྐོལ་བ་ཁྱོར་གང་ཙམ་ལུས་པ་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མིག་སྟོང་ལྡན་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ་འཐུངས་ན། དུག་ལས་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སུ་ཞིག་སྦྲུལ་དང་། སྲོག་ཆགས་ཨུ་ཙི་ལིང་གས་ཟིན་པར་གྱུར་ན། སྒ་ཕྱེ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ། རྨ་ཁར་བཏབ་ན་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སུ་ཞིག་སྡིག་པའི་འཆི་བ་དང་། སྐུར་བ་འདེབས་པས་མི་གཞན་ལ་འཆི་ན། དེས་ས་གཙང་མའམ། བག་ཕྱེའམ། སྦྲ་ཚིལ་ལས་དེའི་གཟུགས་བྱས་ལ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མིག་སྟོང་ལྡན་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་ཨུར་མོའི་རལ་གྲི་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་དུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ། སྙིང་པོ་བརྗོད་ལ་དུམ་བུར་གཏུབས་ཏེ། དེའི་མིང་ནས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན། དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་ དུ་མཛའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སུ་ཞིག་མིག་ཉམས་ཏེ་ལྡོངས་པའི་བར་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དང་། སུ་ཞིག་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུའི་སྟེང་དུ་ལི

如同恒河四十四十万沙粒之多所说，我今为了守护持明咒者们，也如是说。能息灭一切邪魔和瘟疫之病。能清净一切罪业和一切疾病。能远离一切怖畏。一切善业也能圆满。薄伽梵对具寿阿难陀如是说道：阿难陀，观世音自在所说的这个秘密真言是真实的。无有错谬是真实的。是有意义的。谁想勾招菩萨，就对古古律香念诵二十一遍后焚烧，菩萨就会来到那里。如果谁被猫的邪魔所缠，就取来猫的头骨焚烧，与干净的土和细灰混合，用水调和后做成猫的形状。在千眼观世音菩萨面前，对邬摩剑念诵一百零八遍，用那把剑将猫的形状砍成一百零八块，每一块都念诵一遍，并念诵其名字，直到生命终结也不会复发。如果谁吃了哈拉哈拉毒，就将古古律香和樟脑等分混合，用井里没有剩余的、煮沸后剩余一捧左右的水，在千眼观世音菩萨面前念诵一百零八遍后饮用，就能从毒中解脱。如果谁被蛇和生物邬孜灵嘎所缠，就对姜粉念诵七遍，涂在伤口上就能痊愈。如果谁因罪恶的死亡和诽谤而使他人死亡，就用干净的土或面粉或酥油做成他的形状，在千眼观世音菩萨面前，同时对邬摩剑念诵一百零八遍，念诵心咒并砍成碎片，念诵他的名字并焚烧一百零八遍，他就会高兴，直到生命终结都会友好相处。如果谁视力衰退甚至失明，或者谁的眼珠上

As said by as many as the sands of the forty-four ten million rivers of the Ganges, I also say this now in order to protect those who hold the knowledge mantras. It pacifies all diseases of obstacles and plagues. It purifies all sins and all diseases. One will be free from all fears. All virtues will also be completely perfected. The Bhagavan spoke thus to the venerable Ananda: Ananda, this secret mantra spoken by Avalokiteśvara is true. It is true without error. It is meaningful. Whoever wishes to summon a Bodhisattva should recite the Gugul incense twenty-one times and burn it, and the Bodhisattva will come there. If someone is possessed by a cat demon, take the skull of the cat, burn it, mix it with clean earth and fine ashes, mix it with water, and make a cat shape. In front of the thousand-eyed Bodhisattva, recite the Urmo sword one hundred and eight times. Cut the cat shape into one hundred and eight pieces with the sword, recite each piece once, and say the name, and it will not recur until the end of life. If someone eats Hala Hala poison, mix equal parts of Gugul incense and camphor, and boil a handful of water that has not been left over in the well. Recite it one hundred and eight times in front of the thousand-eyed Bodhisattva and drink it, and you will be cured of the poison. If someone is possessed by a snake and the creature Uzi Linga, recite ginger powder seven times and apply it to the wound to heal it. If someone dies from sinful death and slander causes another to die, make a shape of him from clean earth, flour, or butter, and in front of the thousand-eyed Bodhisattva, recite the Urmo sword one hundred and eight times at once. Recite the essence and cut it into pieces, recite his name and burn it one hundred and eight times, and he will be happy and will be friendly until the end of his life.
