Through the practice of detailed rituals, and the accomplishment of all mudras and secret mantras, one can obtain various kinds of accomplishments, and also obtain meaningful accomplishments. One can see meaningful results, and other reasons for accomplishment through recitation. In the general mandala of all lineages, for the sake of the accomplishment of mudras, and the samaya of the general mandala and mudras, merely remembering this will accomplish everything. All the mandalas, mudras, secret mantras, and deities, merely remembering them will follow, there is no doubt about it. The mandala and deities of the king of vidyas always abide in samaya. Therefore, hold on with all effort! Similarly, the king of vidyas prophesied by the Tathagata Vairochana and the King Shakya, all the Tathagatas behold the name and follow it in all ways. Therefore, the one called Avalokiteshvara Padma, is the unsurpassed king of vidyas, the vajra accomplishment, the great accomplishment, the unsurpassed accomplishment of the Padma family, the accomplishment of the Tathagata family, the practice of accomplishment is accomplished, the samaya accomplishment of the great mandala family and the great jewel family, the practice of accomplishment is accomplished. In all the meaningful essence mandalas, it is the supreme accomplishment. The supreme first is taught in the vajra family. The great Vajratop Deity, similarly for the vajra underground accomplishment, the number of vajra garlands separated in sequence and the supreme accomplishments of the vajra mouth, etc., Avalokiteshvara Padma and, Padma the beautiful and, or similarly, merely mentioning the name in an instant, will follow and come. Similarly, Vajra Ishvara and, Vajradhara and, Vajrapani and, the great Ishvara, etc., will always follow. Therefore, always with wisdom, proclaim the vidya mantra, and the supreme one who holds any name, the Tathagata will always behold.
