It is like milk and water perfectly merging. This single essence includes the mandalas of all families, the sequential separation of mudras, and following the detailed rituals. Therefore, Vajrapani, you should call this King of Vidyas "Following All." Vajrapani, because of that, whether it is a son or daughter of the lineage, a monk or nun, a male or female lay practitioner, merely reciting the name of this King of Vidyas once is equivalent to being at the feet of all Buddhas, the Bhagavat Tathagatas, who have passed in the three times, obtaining the essence of all secrets, dharanis, mantras, the sequential separation of mudras, and the detailed demonstration of rituals, and having their name remembered. At the feet of those Tathagatas who have passed in the three times, a great accumulation of merit will be fully obtained. They will possess great roots of virtue. Those Buddhas, the Bhagavat Tathagatas, who have passed in the three times, and Bodhisattvas will bestow the word "Excellent." They will greatly bestow the vast and meaningful accomplishments. They will become the greatest accomplishment. They will separately obtain the samaya accomplishments of the general family of all Tathagatas. They will follow the manifestations of all Bodhisattvas, the essence of mantras, samadhi, the realm of magical powers, the adornment of the Bodhisattva's mind, and the six perfections. All the deities of the King of Vidyas' mandala will follow and enter the samaya. Vajrapani, similarly, through the great power of the King of Vidyas' manifestation, blessed by all the Tathagatas, it is the manifestation of all Bodhisattvas.

The secret vows of the lineages of all the Tathagatas, as well as the mandalas, as well as the mudras, as well as the secret mantras, as well as the dharanis, as well as the sequential distinctions, and the king of subtle rituals, have all been offered. Just by remembering this King of Vidyas, all the yakshas and rakshasas and obstacles, as well as the heretics, and those gods of the demon class, will all flee to all directions and corners. All plagues and all nearby harms, as well as all contagious diseases, as well as all demons and all diseases, as well as strife and battles and arguments and debates, all of these, and the fears of evil words, will be completely pacified. All malice and all retaliators, and all unfriendly ones, will be completely pacified. All sins and obscurations will be liberated. Including the five inexpiable sins, all sins and obscurations and afflictions will be liberated. All the Tathagatas will breathe out. All the Bodhisattvas will contemplate. It will become the accomplishment of the very reality of the infallible. All the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and rakshasas will always follow. It will become a great offering to all sentient beings. All auspiciousness and thoughts will be completely fulfilled. It will cause all executioners, curses, secret mantras, corpses, mind-changers, poison-releasing actions, and all dakinis to be separated. It will cause all poisons, mixed poisons, and mixtures of powders to be separated. All epidemics will be calmed. One-day fever, two-day fever, three-day fever, four-day fever, one-night fever, one-day fever, cold fever, diseases caused by wind, diseases caused by bile, diseases caused by phlegm, diseases caused by mixtures, headaches, eye diseases, scabies, eye diseases, hemicrania, leprosy, genital ulcers, stomach diseases, constipation, earaches, toothaches, rib pain, liver pain, fever, urinary diseases, hiccups, abdominal pain, hand pain, foot pain, limb pain, and joint pain—all of these will be completely destroyed by merely remembering them.
