བ་བཏུད་དེ། ཕྱག་བྱས་ནས་སྤྱན་སྔར་འདུག་སྟེ་སེམས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་དེའི་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སེམས་པར་གཟིགས་ནས། ཇི་ལྟར་ད་ལྟར་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བར་མཛད་དོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨ་མོ་གྷ་མཎྜ་ལ་པདྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀཾ་མ་ཎི་བཛྲེ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀེ་ཧཱུྃ། རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་བས་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་མ་ཐག་ཏུ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གསང་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རིགས་ཐུན་མོང་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ས་གཞི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་རིགས་དང་། པདྨའི་རིགས་དང་། རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་དང་། ནོར་བུའི་རིགས་རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཆེར་འཁྲིགས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བརྟགས་པ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །རང་རང་གི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བས་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བའི་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང་ངོ་། །རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་ཞིང་ཆེ་བ་དག་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དོན་ཡོད་པའི་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ངོ་མཚར་བ་དག་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་མཐོང་ནས་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་མཆོད་པའི་ནོར་བུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨ་མོ་གྷ་པཱུ་ཛ་མ་ཎི་པདྨ་བཛྲེ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་བི་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ས་མནྟ་པྲ་ས་ར་ཧཱུྃ། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་དོན་ཡོད་པ་མཆོད་པའི་ནོར་བུའི་སྙིང་པོ་བྱིན་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དུ་མ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་སྟེ། ཇི་ལྟར་རང་རང་གི་ཆོ་ག་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ངོ་། །ལྷ་རྫས་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་བཀྲ་བ་ཡངས་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་གོ་སྐབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པ་ཆེ་ཞིང་ཆེ་བའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ ཀྱི་བཀོད་པ་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་ཡང་དག་པར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དོན་ཡོད་པ་པདྨ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས་ཞབས་གཉིས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལས་རིང་པོར་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལས་མངོན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་ནས་སྟན་ལ་འདུ

Then, he knelt down, prostrated, and sat before the Blessed One, his heart filled with joy. Then, the Blessed One, the holder of the mantra, seeing the mind of that king of mantras, made perfectly clear exactly what he was thinking at that moment. Oṃ amogha maṇḍala padma abhiṣekaṃ maṇi vajre sarva tathāgata abhiṣeke hūṃ. (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མོ་གྷ་མཎྜ་ལ་པདྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀཾ་མ་ཎི་བཛྲེ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ अमोघ मण्डल पद्म अभिषे कं मणि वज्रे सर्व तथागत अभिषेके हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amogha maṇḍala padma abhiṣekaṃ maṇi vajre sarva tathāgata abhiṣeke hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Unfailing, Mandala, Lotus, Abhisheka, Jewel, Vajra, All, Tathagata, Abhisheka, Hum.) As that king of mantras manifestly empowered in the mandala, as soon as the empowerment was complete, the secret mandala of all the Tathagatas, the common lineage of vows, blessed the earth in the form of a great vajra. The lineage of the Tathagatas, the lineage of the Lotus, the lineage of the Vajra, and the lineage of the Jewel, the mandala of great liberation, appeared before the Blessed One as a gathering of mandalas. Each of them, through their roots of virtue, saw all the deities of the king of mantras' mandala. Great and wondrous miracles occurred. Vast and exceedingly marvelous transformations of meaning were seen. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, having seen such a great transformation of the mandala, blessed the unfailing offering jewel vajra, which was the manifest empowerment of the Tathagatas, endowed with the approval of the Blessed One. Oṃ amogha pūjā maṇi padma vajre tathāgata vilokite samanta prasara hūṃ. As soon as the noble Avalokiteśvara blessed the essence of the unfailing offering jewel, countless vast and diverse offerings arose, and as each of their rituals prescribed, great offerings arose. Various divine substances, radiant, vast, and immense, came to abide in all places. The great and wondrous blessings of the Tathagatas' transformations, the great mandala of mantras, were truly seen. Then, the king of mantras, the unfailing lotus without stain, circumambulated the Blessed One three times, prostrated with his head at his two feet, turned away from the Blessed One, faced Avalokiteśvara who was far beyond the Blessed One, and sat on the seat.

何故？此后，薄伽梵告语大药叉将 chief 恰那多吉曰：恰那多吉，圣观自在的幻化，三摩地的力量加持的殊胜之处，大手印和，秘密真言和，陀罗尼和，仪轨细致的威力，广大莲花的秘密，不空绢索的幻化，明王的真如心要成就，与誓言相符，有益于威力与功德生起，所有如来藏的幻化，意之车，所有希望的最胜，请您极善布施。圣观自在圆满成办一切希望后，此明王，于后世后时将作佛事。此明王将作一切有情的显现。是救护和，亲友和，依怙和，意之车，圆满成办一切希望。一切罪业极度寂灭。一切怨敌极度调伏。一切魔障与邪引彻底摧毁。大雨极度止息。无雨则降雨。遣除风和，霜和，冰雹。极度寂灭饥荒的荒野。遣除一切疾病。一切毒害极度寂灭。增上寿命与无病。增上福德布施和，自在布施和，财物布施和，谷物。此后，菩萨摩诃萨圣观自在，宣说了不空无垢莲花的陀罗尼心要的资具和，仪轨读诵成就之悉地。此后，读诵此心要即可成就，读诵明王即可勾招一切坛城之神。念诵十万遍即可（勾招）广大莲花之坛城和，无量宫的一切庄严和，包括明王在内的诸神和，一切如来和，圣观自在的无量宫。

What is the reason? Then the Blessed One spoke to the great Yaksha chief, Vajrapani, saying: Vajrapani, the emanation of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the special feature of the power of samadhi being blessed, the great mudra, the secret mantra, the dharani, and the power of the detailed ritual, the secret of the great wide lotus, the emanation of the unfailing lasso, the essence of the thusness of the king of knowledge, the accomplishment, in accordance with the samaya, beneficial for the arising of power and qualities, the emanation of the essence of all the Tathagatas, the chariot of the mind, the supreme of all hopes, please bestow excellently. After the noble Avalokiteśvara has completely fulfilled all hopes, this king of knowledge will perform the deeds of the Buddha in the future. This king of knowledge will cause the appearance of all sentient beings. It is refuge, friend, reliance, and the chariot of the mind, completely fulfilling all hopes. It completely pacifies all sins. It completely subdues all enemies. It completely destroys all obstacles and wrong guidance. It completely pacifies excessive rain. If there is no rain, it causes rain to fall. It averts wind, frost, and hail. It completely pacifies the wilderness of famine. It averts all diseases. It completely pacifies all poisons. It increases life and health. It increases the giving of merit, the giving of power, the giving of wealth, and the increase of grain. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, spoke of the equipment of the essence of the dharani of the unfailing, stainless lotus, and the siddhi that is accomplished by reciting the ritual. Then, by reciting this essence, one will be accomplished, and by reciting the king of knowledge, all the deities of the mandala will be summoned. By reciting a hundred thousand times, one can (summon) the mandala of the wide lotus, all the ornaments of the immeasurable palace, the deities including the king of knowledge, all the Tathagatas, and the immeasurable palace of the noble Avalokiteśvara.
