With extremely abundant offerings, satisfy them with white food and drink. Afterwards, all inauspicious things, all diseases, obstacles, and all wrong views will not be able to touch, and one will be completely liberated from the control of ghosts, yakshas, rakshasas, nightmares, forgetfulness, constellations, and evil spirits. One will be completely liberated from wrong eating, wrong doing, and all fears. The various parts of the body will become completely perfect. In all times and places, one will become fearless of fears that cause fear. One will be completely liberated from sins, obstacles, and all defilements. One will live long. One will be free from all diseases. After rebirth, one will be reborn in the Pure Land of Bliss. One will remember past lives. All Tathagatas will constantly remember. Bodhisattvas and all the gods will protect this person until they attain enlightenment and manifest perfect Buddhahood. For eye pain, recite one hundred and eight times over the water of the Butea monosperma tree, the water of the sweet tree, and the immaculate water, then mix and use them, which can immediately pacify eye diseases. For headaches and migraines, recite one hundred and eight times over ghee and sesame oil, then gently heat them, soak a cotton swab in the medicine and apply it to massage the head, which can completely relieve all head diseases and migraines. For toothaches, recite one hundred and eight times over various flowers and toothpicks, then eat them, which can completely relieve toothaches. For earaches, fill the ear with cotton and sesame oil that has been recited one hundred and eight times, which can completely relieve all earaches. For mouth pain, recite one hundred and eight times over the water of the medicinal herb Mashuro and ghee, then gently heat and drink it, which can completely relieve all mouth diseases.
