听闻加持的明咒大王之幻化相后，感到满足，心满意足，心生喜悦，极其欢喜，欢喜且内心安乐，于是向薄伽梵请问说：薄伽梵，明咒之王，能赐予一切圆满功德之殊胜者，实属稀有难得。薄伽梵，明咒之王，能圆满一切善根，一切福德资粮，以及秘密坛城之誓言成就，是无与伦比的明咒之王，极其稀有，应视其与如来等同。其与如来证悟菩提之精要，以及转动殊胜之法轮等同。薄伽梵，明咒之王，乃圣观自在之眉间所化现，为利益一切持明者，以及为了成就证悟实相之修行，而特别示现。除积累殊胜善根外，别无其他。仅忆念此明咒之王，便能积累不可估量、无量、无数之福德聚和善根之集合，绝非其他。薄伽梵，我日夜忆念此明咒之王，片刻也不敢忘记。薄伽梵，若再次于早晨、白天、夜晚、月份或年份中，忘记此明咒之王，则等同于忘记一切佛陀和菩萨，将被彻底抛弃，一切福德资粮也将被彻底抛弃。薄伽梵，如来释迦牟尼佛开示说：金刚手，确实如此。正如你所说，确实如此，能获得此明咒之王的众生，并非仅仅培植了微小的善根。金刚手，未曾见及和供养恒河沙数九十九百千万俱胝之三世平等如来。

Having heard the emanation of the great king of mantras that bestows blessings, he was satisfied, content, pleased, extremely delighted, joyful, and felt at ease. Then he requested the Bhagavan, saying: "Bhagavan, the king of mantras, who bestows the best of all perfect qualities, is extremely rare. Bhagavan, the king of mantras, who perfectly completes all roots of virtue, all accumulations of merit, and all unsurpassed attainments of the vows of the secret mandala, is exceedingly rare. I shall regard him as equal to the Tathagata. He is equal to the Tathagata's essence of enlightenment and the turning of the wheel of the sacred Dharma. Bhagavan, the king of mantras, who certainly arises from between the eyebrows of the noble Avalokiteshvara, is especially for the benefit of all those vidyadharas and for the accomplishment of the practice of the reality of seeing attainments. It is none other than accumulating the supreme root of virtue. By merely remembering this king of mantras, one will accumulate immeasurable, limitless, and countless collections of merit and roots of virtue, and nothing else. Bhagavan, I shall remember this king of mantras day and night, and I shall not forget it even for a moment. Bhagavan, if I forget this king of mantras again in the morning, day, night, month, or year, then I will forget all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I will be completely abandoned, and all accumulations of merit will be completely abandoned. Bhagavan, the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha said: Vajrapani, it is so. Just as you have said, it is so. The sentient being who will obtain this king of mantras has not cultivated small roots of virtue. Vajrapani, he has not seen or venerated the Tathagatas of the three times, equal in number to ninety-nine hundred thousand kotis of grains of sand in the Ganges River."

This Vajrapani vidyamantra king, whoever's hand it falls into, that person will receive Vajrapani, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, as ninety-nine hundred thousand trillions of Ganges sands, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Enlightened Buddhas of the equality of the three times. In front of those Tathagatas, the mandala of the family vow, mudras, sequentially separated mantras, heart essence, and all secret and detailed rituals will fall into his hands. He will go to and enter all places. He will follow everything and will understand the vows. He will correctly use all vidyamantras, sequentially separated mantras, and mudras. He will become the supreme, the master, and the leader of all vidyamantra holders. In front of all those Tathagatas, he will become the chief of the sons, and the Buddhas of the past, present, and future three times will prophesy for him. He will indicate the root of goodness and will fully grasp the accumulation of merit. Whichever sentient being obtains and receives this Vajrapani vidyamantra king, he will obtain its immeasurable merits and benefits. Whoever's hand receives this vidyamantra king, he will separately obtain all the perfections of the Buddhas. Then, Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Avalokiteshvara, after speaking this vidyamantra king, in the center of the lotus stamen, the self-nature of his own body form, visualized the vidyamantra king, the noble one, and offered the great precious jewel called "Unfailing Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Light" to the vidyamantra king, the Bhagavan. From all ten directions, all the Tathagatas appeared. Therefore, all the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas, abiding in the three times, miraculously resided in the expanse of the sky, and praised the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni, saying: "It is excellent, excellent that Shakyamuni has empowered with this king of empowerment, which is extremely difficult to obtain!" All the previous Tathagatas of the three times also empowered with this king of knowledge in the same way. We all also unanimously agree to empower the unfailing wish-fulfilling jewel light with the great king of mantras. All those Tathagatas of the three times also extended their golden-colored hands, and the king of knowledge empowered all of them from the crown of their heads. This is the mudra of empowerment, possessing the meaning of empowerment. Om amogha vairocana maha mudra mani padme jwala prabartaya hum. As soon as the great mudra empowered, they praised the Bhagavan, saying: "It is excellent!" Then they went to their respective Buddha lands and disappeared. After that, the king of knowledge, realizing that all the Tathagatas had empowered with mudras, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times to the right and joined his palms.
