Thereafter, it should be adorned with all ornaments, and one should have a humble heart. A great ogress with a single braid of hair, holding a blood-dripping skull cup, should be made fierce and violent. In the midst of flames, visualize the wrathful one, the Iron Hook. With four arms, holding a sword, battle-axe, rope, and vajra, it should be adorned with all ornaments. On the left side, the lord of yakshas should be made, with a fierce and wrathful face, hair standing on end, terrifying. In the midst of flames, with the right knee on the ground, holding a sword and battle-axe, with hands clasped in prayer, adorned with all ornaments, definitely gazing at the wrathful one, the Iron Hook. Around it, a fathom of light, with various rays blazing. Above the surrounding area with the Iron Hook, Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, Yama, Varuna, and Naraka should be made, holding various flowers, making offerings. Behind the wrathful king, the Meaningful Iron Hook, a tree made of seven precious jewels should be made, with branches, petals, and leaves radiantly beautiful. At the feet of the wrathful king, a vidyadhara should be made, kneeling, holding various flowers, holding a rosary in his hand, gazing upwards at the wrathful king. At the place near the second foot, a female messenger should be made, with a sidelong glance, fierce, holding a sword, a transformation, with hands clasped in prayer, adorned with all ornaments. When the work of the painted image is completely finished, bless it and place it in a secret place below it. In front of it, without eating impure food, in its presence, recite the wrathful one, the Iron Hook, one hundred and eight times, and offer flowers, incense, offering water, and foot-washing water as much as possible. With this ritual of accomplishing the painted image, other extensive rituals of accomplishment should also be performed. After that, the vidyadhara, every day in front of the painted image, without eating impure food, offering flowers and incense in its presence, and reciting the wrathful king.

Recite it once. Then, do all the actions and all the necessities. This is the true accomplishment achieved merely by reciting; the vidyādhara should perform the supreme secret activity. Then, merely by seeing the image, etc., the five inexpiable sins, those who are inclined towards Avīci, and those who abandon the sacred Dharma, merely by seeing this, all will become completely purified. All sins, all obscurations, and all previously accumulated obscurations, and all those sins accumulated for hundreds of kalpas, all of them will be completely destroyed. One will be completely liberated from all diseases and fears. All sins, all enemies, all opponents, and all unfriendly ones will be completely destroyed. Even a very small painted image will be beneficial, whether it is a flower, incense, fragrance, ointment, or including a mandala, or merely arranging a vase filled with bathwater, or merely dusting, that vidyādhara's son of the lineage, or daughter of the lineage, bhikṣu, or bhikṣuṇī, upāsaka, or upāsikā, will generate great roots of virtue in the presence of ninety-nine hundred thousand koṭis of tathāgatas, as many as the sands of the Ganges. One will completely hold a great mass of merit. One will also completely perfect the six pāramitās. The five inexpiable sins will be completely purified and will reach the end of the kalpa. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will want to see. Even after changing births, one will go to the Sukhāvatī world, and will be born miraculously from a lotus. One will also remember birth after birth. The mandala of complete liberation, the secret, vast lotus mandala. The heart essence of Amoghapāśa. The dhāraṇī of the unfailing wrathful vajra hook, these will also be completely and perfectly present in recitation. All the world will also rejoice. One will be worthy of offering in all places. All vidyas will be accomplished. Everything thought of in the mind will be completely fulfilled, and all needs will also be accomplished. One will be unobstructed in all things and will become the wisdom of the wise.
