Through practice, one will live to the age of a thousand years of the gods. Through twenty-one days of practice, the accomplishment of achieving essence will arise, wrinkles and white hair will disappear, and the hair will curl slightly. The body will become soft and supple, and will become like the color of a lotus. One will become like being ten years old from birth, possessing appearance and youth. One will possess the strength of ten thousand elephants. Through twenty-eight days of practice, one will become the strength of being protected by elephants. Through thirty-five days of practice, one will become the strength of a great Garuda. Through forty-two days of practice, one will become like the lord of the Asuras, Rahu, becoming diligent and immensely powerful. Through forty-nine days of practice, one will become like the mandala of the great Mount Meru, surrounded by the Naga kings Nanda and Upananda, unmoving and unshakable, untouchable and invisible, enjoyed by all non-human beings, revered by all the gods, becoming worthy of reverence, becoming worthy of praise by the sages, becoming worthy of reverence by the Yakshas and Rakshasas, blessed by the blessings of all the Tathagatas, becoming worthy of praise by all the Bodhisattvas, the secret vows of all the lords of Vidyadharas will be accomplished, becoming worthy of competing with the lords of the gods, becoming worthy of being spoken to directly by Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshvara, becoming approachable by all the Naga kings. Therefore, this is called the "Transformation of the Wrathful One of the Infallible Iron Hook," which is the transformation of the King of Sesame Oil, filled with hundreds of thousands of great and wondrous qualities. The wheel-turning king will go in the sky, and will become a wheel-turning king holding the vajra vidyāmantra. If applied to the wheel, the wheel will burn, and the vidyādhara will go in the sky. The vidyādhara of the pleasing wheel will quickly become a wheel-turning king. All enemies will be utterly destroyed. If applied to the three-pointed spear, it will burn, and the vidyādhara will become a wheel-turning king, and will abide in the sky. One will become like the great powerful one, with strength, diligence, and subduing others. For boils, cataracts, edema, burns, scabies, leprosy, athlete's foot, vein wounds, blocked throat, ear vein diseases, ruptured genitals, ascites, tumors, wind, bile, phlegm, and even combined conditions, the wise will eliminate all diseases by merely drinking warm water or applying it. Just as sesame oil eliminates all diseases, so too, rib pain, fever, heart pain, liver pain, constipation, and the faults of stomach diseases, all of these will be completely destroyed by merely drinking it, without a doubt. Decline and depletion, as well as the diminished glory of a king, and bad medical treatments, by merely applying or eating it, one will become endowed with strength. The bodies will grow, be satisfied, and become very joyful. For protecting against various kinds of spirits and unbearable forgetfulness, by merely touching them, all of these will be completely destroyed, without a doubt. For unbearable curses, suffering, poison, and even mixed poisons, by merely touching them, they will be completely destroyed. Whatever poison is fixed or moving, whether it is the poison of teeth, or of snakes, lizards, or scorpions, whether it is insects or poisonous butterflies, or the son of Norgye, or parasites, or the poison seen by snakes, or whatever unbearable poison of breath, or whatever poison of touch, or whatever poison of Halahala (Hālāhala, हलाहल, deadly poison), or whatever other poison of Darada (Darada, दरद), or whatever poison of roots, or the poison of trunks, or the poison of leaves, or the poison of flowers, or whatever poison of radiance, or other various kinds of poisons.
