This wrathful king should be called the king of all wrathful kings in all respects. The mudras of the wrathful deities of whatever Ratna family will bestow fear upon the wicked. In all respects, this is called the chief of mudras, the unsurpassed wrathful king. Similarly, this iron hook mudra of the wrathful deities, while binding, can cause hundreds of thousands of Mount Meru to collapse and can also dry up the ocean. The mountain of Mount Meru can be completely scattered like fine dust. All the oceans can also be dried up. Mountains and hills can also be diminished. It burns the evil Asuras, as well as Rahu, the lord of the Asuras, and the evil Nagas in his abode. Similarly, it burns Yakshas, Rakshasas, beings, evil spirits, and whatever evil Asuras cause obstacles, and all kinds of demons, causing them to burn as one. Just by holding this mudra, it causes all of them to constantly decline and destroys them in an instant. Just by holding this mudra, it causes all those who retaliate, enemies, and likewise those who terrify evil beings to take refuge. In all mudras, secret mantras, and mandalas, all actions are accomplished. All accomplishments are meaningful, and all virtuous deeds are accomplished.
