哦！种姓之子或种姓之女，比丘或比丘尼，近事男或近事女，沙弥或婆罗门，刹帝利种姓，妇女或男子，孩童或少女，无论是谁，仅仅听到这精细仪轨之王的名字，我等都一致恒常地随顺追随他。行守护，行救护，行隐藏，行力量，行精进，行光彩，行欢喜。令一切罪业和障碍完全寂静，消除一切疾病。令一切恐惧、争斗、战斗、争论和冲突完全寂静。各自遣除瘟疫、近身侵扰、传染病、战乱、饥荒、不悦意以及旷野寺庙的恐惧。真实地触及安乐，成办殊胜欢喜。行守护，完全成办，无意义之事也各自遣除，于意义之事则如实结合，一切意义都随之赐予，恒常赐予殊胜。世尊如是思念甚为广大的仪轨，精细仪轨的资具。此后，世尊又对以金刚手为首的四大天王，以及明王的诸神，还有天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、迦楼罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽等，给予赞叹之语说：善哉！善哉！大修行者，如此行事之人，应当完全成办，应当守护，也应当赐予成就。我将精细仪轨之王、大海的坛城、秘密真言以及坛城的精细仪轨，为了完全守护，为了完全守护那些有情，为了守护一切有情，为了完全成办，而交付给诸位朋友。也应当守护此等，如是说。此后，世尊又对圣观世音自在说道：请宣说手印和坛城次第分别的仪轨！有意义宝供养心咒的

O! Son of lineage or daughter of lineage, Bhikshu or Bhikshuni, Upasaka or Upasika, Shramana or Brahmin, Kshatriya caste, woman or man, boy or girl, whoever it may be, just by hearing the name of this King of Detailed Rituals, may all of us unanimously and constantly follow after him. May we perform protection, rescue, concealment, strength, diligence, radiance, and joy. May we completely pacify all sins and obscurations, and eliminate all diseases. May we completely pacify all fears, struggles, battles, disputes, and conflicts. May we individually avert epidemics, near harms, infectious diseases, wars, famines, displeasure, and the fears of wilderness monasteries. May we truly touch upon happiness and accomplish supreme joy. May we perform protection, completely accomplish, and individually avert meaningless things, while truly combining with meaningful things. May all meanings be bestowed accordingly, and may supreme excellence be constantly bestowed. The Bhagavan thus contemplated the vast ritual, the requisites for the detailed ritual. Then, the Bhagavan again gave words of praise to the Four Great Kings, headed by Vajrapani, as well as the deities of the Vidyarajas, and also to the Devas, Nagas, Yakshas, Gandharvas, Garudas, Kinnaras, and Mahoragas, saying: Well done! Well done! Great practitioners, those who act in this way should be completely accomplished, should be protected, and should also be granted attainments. I entrust the King of Detailed Rituals, the mandala of the ocean, the secret mantras, and the detailed rituals of the mandala, to you friends, for the sake of complete protection, for the sake of completely protecting those sentient beings, for the sake of protecting all sentient beings, and for the sake of complete accomplishment. Sangwa (བསང་བ), etc., the supreme accomplishment of the heart essence secret of all vidyadharas, this is the accomplishment of the heart essence common to all. Thereafter, the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, spoke of the king of subtle practices of the unfailing iron hook ritual, the mudras of the unfailing jewel offering heart essence dharani, the mandala ritual, and the paintings. After that, this mandala will be explained. The unsurpassed heart essence of the unfailing offering jewel is to make a square mandala, distinguishing it very clearly from all sides, well smeared with earth and cow dung, extremely smooth, measured and cut with colorful threads, in the central mandala heart essence of the unsurpassed mandala, using one's own arm length as the standard, four cubits on each side, making four distinct doors. The secret mandala common to all, and in the heart essence of the central mandala, also make lotuses, beautifying them extremely with thousand-petal lotuses, five each. On the unsurpassed white lotus, there are stigmas and pistils reaching a certain degree, the pistils of the wish-fulfilling jewel and the net-like heart essence adorned with saffron, holding them in body and hand, making hand gestures with the left and right hands. Decorate with hanging and entwined silk ribbons, and place wish-fulfilling trees reaching a certain degree in each corner, placing them according to the ritual. The lines of the heart essence wheel should also be according to the ritual, extremely conforming to the standard. Make various flowers and fruits, and then draw lines between the flowers.
