The Bhagavan said, "The second time, the great precious jewel, the essence of the Amoghapasha, the mandala of liberation, has been established in Jambudvipa." The Bhagavan also blessed it. This was spoken by the noble Avalokiteshvara. This is the essence of the secret of all the Tathagatas, which is common and the same. All secret mudras, secret mantras sequentially separated, all mandalas, and the manifestation of the clouds of offerings of all the Tathagatas, are said to be extremely rare. O Bhagavan, we all agree that we will always follow together, and we will also truly follow this King of Vidyas. We will completely protect it. For example, holding, reciting, offering, honoring, writing, inquiring, listening, and reciting will become our activities. To the vidya-mantra holder, we will also always continuously protect, rescue, and conceal. We will also bestow siddhis.
