It purifies all defilements and obscurations. By merely reciting and chanting the essence of the words of the dharani, one attains the respective accomplishments of these. All these practices do not transform into the form of actions. Then, the vidyadhara abides in fasting, and through the accomplishment of one recitation and reading, one attains such vast and clear states. One also attains the accomplishment of suchness individually, that is, one attains vast meaning, possesses enjoyment, and individually attains great dharani accomplishments. One attains the samadhi called "Viewing Vast Adornment," and individually attains the secrets of the dharani. One causes the rain to fall, filling the wish-fulfilling tree, and individually attains the emanated adornments of the dharani. One attains the ocean of the great wish-fulfilling jewel, causes the rain of the seven precious things to fall, and individually attains the accomplishment of the rain of the secret of the dharani of the banner of universal vision. One beholds the adornment of the dharani that universally rains down golden banners, and greatly attains the accomplishments of meaningful and vast adornments. Similarly, one attains the emanation of the dharani of the banner of the crown of all tathagatas. One individually attains the secret essence of all tathagatas and the accomplishment of viewing the mandala. One individually attains all vast mandalas of liberation. One individually attains these great benefits and great emanated blessings. By merely reciting the essence of the meaningful jewel offering dharani blessed by the blessings of all tathagatas, one attains the merits and benefits of rejoicing and praise, and individually attains great emanations. This Dharani is extremely rare to obtain. The essence Dharani, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, is extremely rare to obtain. It should be regarded as a Dharani with great power, great benefits, capable of generating great merits, and possessing various magical powers and great transformations. Why is that? World Honored One, if there is a virtuous man, a virtuous woman, a Bhikshu, a Bhikshuni, an Upasaka, an Upasika, a Shramana, a Brahmin, a Kshatriya, a woman, a man, a boy, or a girl, merely reciting it once, remembering it once, or reading it once, they will be endowed with a collection of merit and roots of virtue. World Honored One, what can cause all sins to be exhausted? World Honored One, what can cause worldly beings to achieve accomplishment? What can cause the transcendental path to be completely purified? World Honored One, what can cause one to see the Tathagata? World Honored One, what is the constant bestowal of supreme things by the Holy Avalokiteshvara? World Honored One, please reveal its profound meaning to me. Such excellent benefits, World Honored One, are truly extremely rare and wonderful. The World Honored One said: Vajrapani, well done, well done! Vajrapani, I will now explain as it is the extremely rare question you have asked, listen carefully! Vajrapani, merely by reading or reciting this Dharani, the Bodhisattva Holy Avalokiteshvara will always be delighted and place his right hand on their head. Moreover, he will manifest in his true form before them and bless them. Why is that? This is the heart essence of the Dharani held by the self-nature pure body of the Holy Avalokiteshvara. It is seeing the cloud of transformation of Narashikavangchuk. This is seeing the form of the blue-necked one and the son of Sredmed. This is seeing the three realms. It is seeing Hayagriva. This is seeing the secret mandala of the vast lotus. This is the transformation of the cloud of offerings of all the Tathagatas. This is seeing the great essence of the Vajra. This is the great essence of the head. This is seeing the nature of various forms. This is the transformation of meaningful forms and meaningful accomplishments. This is called a snare because it attracts everything. It should be called the essence of the offering of the wish-fulfilling jewel of meaning. Seeing the essence of the meaningful snare, the noble Avalokiteshvara, who has become the supreme nature of the body, is the same as seeing other transformations. It will be the same as seeing these meaningful jewel offering heart mantras. By merely reading and reciting, one will immediately become the only heart son of all the Tathagatas who have gone to the three times. The body of all the Tathagatas, which is completely pure, becomes extremely immaculate and equal to purity. It will also become the body of the Tathagata's essence.
