O! All sins and misdeeds are completely liberated. Poisons and curses, and poisons mixed with powder, all fears of poison are completely liberated. All fears of enemies are completely liberated. All sins are completely liberated. Upon seeing the supreme banner, just at the moment of seeing it, one will be completely liberated from past sins, obscurations, and the cycle of the five inexpiable crimes. There should be no doubt about this, nor should one develop a double mind. First, the moment this supreme banner enters the palace of the city's king, it will pacify all calamities, famine, plague, disturbances to nomadic monasteries, infectious diseases, all conflicts, demons, spirits, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, nightmares, and all things that cause forgetfulness, and all unbearable fears that lead to evil paths. It will pacify all fears of fighting, quarreling, arguing, and competing. It will pacify all enemy armies, rebels, and fears of enemies. It will pacify all fears of robbers, swindlers, and thieves. It will completely dispel bad dreams, bad omens, and all inauspicious things. In all places, whether in villages, towns, monasteries, dense forests, cities, and the palaces of kings, there will be happiness. There will be good harvests and joy, and all sentient beings will be free from harm and disease. All those sentient beings will rejoice with each other, and with great satisfaction, they will develop loving-kindness towards each other. In order to obtain meaningful offerings and the essence of the wish-fulfilling jewel, one should, with a focused mind, fast day and night on the fifteenth day of the month, wearing clean clothes. One should purify oneself through contact with the five elements, bathe, and apply perfume accordingly. Then, sitting in the lotus position, one should face the king of knowledge and recite. One should continuously perform great offerings day and night.

One should offer a lamp of fragrant sesame oil, and one should offer recitations made with countless rosaries. Reciting once becomes reciting hundreds of thousands of times. One should make the painted image of the King of Knowledge blaze. Like this, one should emit various rays of light. Making the Vidyadhara happy, it blazes from the crown of the head. From the sky, a voice is emitted saying: "Vidyadhara, the ritual of recitation you have done is excellent, excellent." This is the supreme recitation ritual of all Vidyadharas. You have accomplished the essence of the Unfailing Lasso, the mandala of liberation, and have prostrated to all the Bodhisattvas. You have also accomplished the siddhi of the Unfailing Offering Jewel Essence Dharani. By reciting the secret mandala of all the Tathagatas, the hand seals that are separated in order, the common essence and the dharani, then all the supreme holders of knowledge will bestow their accordance. Like this, the siddhi of secret mantras, or the siddhi of dharanis, or the siddhi of detailed rituals, or the siddhi of the Tathagatas of the mandala of the common family, or the siddhi of the hand seal vows, or going in the sky, or invisibility, or transforming into various forms, or illusions, or showing miracles, or the palace of the Nagas, or the palace of the gods, or the palace of the Yakshas, or the palace of the Gandharvas, or the palace of the Asuras, or the palace of the Garudas, or the palace of the Kinnaras, or the palace of the Mahoragas, or the palace of the sun, or the palace of the moon, or the palace of the constellations, or the palace of the planets, or the palace of the Rakshasas, or any palace of desire and form, all these will follow you. This is because you accomplish all actions by reciting, and you will accomplish by merely reciting. O Vidyadhara, all those various actions will follow you.
