It is also that which perfects the supreme accomplishment of all mantra holders and completely fulfills their wishes. It completely purifies all the sins, afflictions, and obscurations of all sentient beings. It eliminates all diseases. It destroys all unbearable suffering and malice. It completely perfects auspiciousness and all wish-fulfilling chariots. It is that which truly urges on all the Tathagatas. It is that which breathes life into all Bodhisattvas. It is that which invites all the deities of the mandala of vidyadharas. It is that which reveals all the secret mandalas of all the Tathagatas. It is that which summons all the nagas. It is that which repels all yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, pretas, flesh-eaters, obstructors, and those who lead astray. It is that which bestows the supreme accomplishment of all sentient beings. It is that which provides breath for those who cannot breathe. It is that which liberates those who are not liberated. It is the refuge of those who have no refuge. It is the friend of those who have no friends. It is that which becomes the protector of those who have no protector. It is the place of dwelling for those who have no place to dwell. It is that which bestows vows upon those who have not taken vows. It is that which causes those who have not practiced cleanliness to practice cleanliness. It is that which bestows the place of pure conduct upon those who are attached to the place of impure conduct. It is that which bestows the conduct of the capable upon those who have not practiced the conduct of the capable. It is that which connects those who engage in non-dharma to the Dharma. It is that which connects those who engage in the path of unwholesome actions to wholesome Dharma. It is that which bestows fearlessness upon those who are afflicted by fear. It is that which bestows wealth upon the poor. It is that which bestows a great increase of grain upon those who are deprived of grain and food. It is that which certainly connects those who are afflicted by famine to a prosperous community. It is that which shows the way to those who have lost their way. It is that which separately prevents the untimely death of those who are destined to die untimely. It is that which bestows eyes upon the blind. It is that which bestows ears upon the deaf.
