A great rain of divine flowers fell. The essence of the unfailing snare, revered by all Bodhisattvas, the mandala of liberation, the hand seals, and the detailed rituals of the mandala gradually opened with mantras, all the chapters were distinct, and completely resided in the sky. Those mantra letters, written in gold and lapis lazuli, appeared in the layers of clouds. The rows of letters were written evenly, clearly, and completely. Decorated with rows of lines, they appeared. Those hand mudras also arose from within the lotus. Various hand seals were formed, radiating light, and resided in the sky. Those symbolic hand seals also resided on the lotus of seven treasures, and became established in the sky. Those silk-painted body images. Holding various forms. The extremely magnificent rituals and implements were written in distinct order, and also resided in the sky. Those gradually opened mandalas, the mandalas were various quadrangles. The four corners were equally and distinctly separated, the mandala was extremely adorned and decorated. The palaces adorned with various forms also resided in the sky. The Vidyadhara deities and messengers residing in the great mandala, and the wrathful deities following in the palaces, also resided in the center of the sky. They made offerings to the Bhagavan. The many Tathagatas in each direction, hundreds of thousands of billions of Ganges sands, in the center of the sky in all ten directions, the bodies of the Tathagatas all resided. All those bodies of the Tathagatas also towards the Bodhisattva, the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara.

Praised the Lord of the Earth, saying: Noble Avalokiteśvara, Lord of Freedom, well done! Well done! By what means has he completely proclaimed the supreme secret mantra, the king of mantras of the unfailing hook, so that the heart essence of the unfailing snare, the ritual of the liberation mandala, the detailed secret mantras, mudras, and the order of secret mantras, are all drawn by the snare of the secret mantra of the unfailing hook. In this mandala, those who dwell in the midst of the sky, in future lives, in future times, whether they are sons of good family, daughters of good family, monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen, śrāmaṇeras, brahmins, kshatriyas, Jews, vaishyas, or any other caste, whether they are women, men, boys, or girls, all vidyādharas, if they remember the hook of the unfailing snare, the heart mantra of the Noble Avalokiteśvara, Lord of Freedom, even remembering it once is sufficient. The heart essence of the unfailing snare is revered by all Bodhisattvas. The heart essence of the Noble Avalokiteśvara, Lord of Freedom, the mudras of the liberation mandala, the secret mantras, the order of the mandala, and the detailed rituals, all abide separately in his recitation. All of these will gradually increase memory, accumulate wisdom like the ocean, and increase intelligence. One will be able to comprehend the secret mantras, mudras, and the order of secret mantras, each separately. One will never become dull-witted, and one will never become forgetful. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni praised the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Noble Avalokiteśvara, Lord of Freedom, saying: Great giver, lotus-bearer, supremely compassionate one, you have proclaimed the vast ritual, well done!
