不修行之人也将变得具有伟大的修行;不做功德之人也将增长广大的功德聚;不具调伏之行也将变得具有伟大的调伏之行;未见坛城、手印、真言,未持誓言之人,也将得见坛城、手印、真言,持守誓言;于一切明咒之境及眷属中,未能见到佛与法之人,也将具足菩提、正法与誓言;一切菩萨未曾思及之事,也将被一切菩萨所思及;未曾成为佛之种子之地,也将具足菩提之种子;不离六度之行,且善于圆满六度之行;不离戒律,且能获得殊胜之禅定;不离布施与施舍,且将具足布施、施舍及广大的布施之聚;不离忍辱,且将行于伟大的忍辱之后;不离精进,且将披上精进之大力的坚固盔甲;不离禅定,且将获得伟大的禅定,并具足禅定;于智慧与一切方便皆不擅长之人,也将变得于智慧与方便皆广大擅长;明咒与密咒衰损之人,也将变得密咒与手印圆满,且精通仪轨;远离善知识之人,也将成就安住于伟大善知识之道;于一切世间,将被视为珍爱与上师;一切有情将供养与顶礼;言语也将变得庄重;心念也将变得完全清净;如是,此等广大之大义成就仪轨,于一切时皆能以不虚之铁钩,牵引成就真实、极难获得、功德不虚之义。

Even those who do not practice will become endowed with great practice; even those who do not perform meritorious deeds will increase a great mass of merit; even those who do not have subdued conduct will become endowed with great subdued conduct; even those who have not seen mandalas, mudras, and mantras, and who do not have vows, will see mandalas, mudras, and mantras, and will keep vows; even those who do not seek to see the Buddha and the Dharma in all the abodes and retinues of vidya-mantras will become endowed with enlightenment, Dharma, and vows; even what all Bodhisattvas have not thought of will be thought of by all Bodhisattvas; even what has not become the realm of the seed of the Buddha will become endowed with the seed of enlightenment; they will not be separated from the practice of the six perfections, and will become skilled in perfecting the six perfections; they will not be separated from discipline, and will attain excellent samadhi; they will not be separated from generosity and giving, and will be endowed with generosity, giving, and a great assembly of generosity; they will not be separated from patience, and will practice after great patience; they will not be separated from diligence, and will wear the firm armor of great strength of diligence; they will not be separated from meditation, and will attain great meditation and be endowed with samadhi; even those who are weak in wisdom and all methods will become greatly skilled in wisdom and methods; even those whose vidya-mantras and secret mantras have declined will become perfect in secret mantras and mudras, and will become skilled in rituals; even those who are separated from virtuous friends will accomplish abiding in the path of great virtuous friends; in all the worlds, they will be regarded as beloved and as gurus; all sentient beings will make offerings and prostrate before them; words will also become dignified; thoughts will also become completely pure; thus, these great and vast rituals of great meaningfulness, at all times, with the unfailing hook of meaningfulness, will draw in the accomplishment of what is real, extremely difficult to obtain, and the merit of meaningfulness.

一切悉皆勾招,一切成就悉皆引来。所有如来之佛法,如来十力,以及十八不共佛法,四无畏,八圣道支,如是之真如,真实之边际,胜义谛,以及空性,皆引来,以此具义之铁钩摄持,广大之,引来殊胜之成就。如是功力巨大,利益巨大,功德巨大,如是宣说,赐予巨大之福德果报。如是具有巨大之善根,并且普皆等等,因此,明咒之王,具义之铁钩。圣观自在之心髓,乃是殊胜成就之无上法。此后,明咒瑜伽士之子,或种姓之女,或比丘,或比丘尼,或近事男,或近事女,或沙弥,或婆罗门,或国王种姓,或吠舍种姓,或首陀罗种姓,或其他任何,女人,或男人,童男,或童女,欲以圣观自在之自身形象勾招,以及欲见圣观自在本尊之自身形象,则行此仪轨。极度清净沐浴,穿着清净之衣物,以牛五种之水洒扫地面,作为供养,系上红色布之丝线,作为供养,取上好之颜色,于七处系紧。即头顶,以及发髻系紧,三处即双肩系紧,以及双手腕系紧,其后于腰间系紧。于清净之地安坐,或任何其他寂静无喧闹之处。坛城之台,四方形,极其美观,四肘之大小,高八指之大小,四面圆形,良好涂饰,极其柔滑。其后以各种颜色之丝线,精美地绘制线条,并以各种颜色的颜料书写。心髓之坛城,一肘之大小,分为四方形,极其美观,四方形四面皆为开口之形状。

Everything is summoned and attracted, all accomplishments are drawn in. All the Buddha-dharmas of the Tathagatas, the ten powers of the Tathagatas, as well as the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddhas, the four fearlessnesses, the eight noble path branches, suchness, the ultimate reality, the ultimate truth, and emptiness, are all drawn in. With this meaningful iron hook, hold them, expand them, and draw in supreme accomplishments. Thus, with great power, great benefit, and great merit, as it is proclaimed, grant great fruits of merit. Thus, possessing great roots of virtue, and being all-encompassing, etc., therefore, the king of vidya-mantras, the meaningful iron hook. The heart essence of Arya Avalokiteshvara is the supreme accomplishment, the unsurpassed dharma. Thereafter, the son of a mantra-holding family, or the daughter of a family, or a bhikshu, or a bhikshuni, or a male lay follower, or a female lay follower, or a shramanera, or a brahmin, or a king's lineage, or a vaishya lineage, or a shudra lineage, or anyone else, a woman, or a man, a boy, or a girl, who wishes to summon Arya Avalokiteshvara with his own form, and who wishes to see Arya Avalokiteshvara as his own form, should perform this ritual. Bathe extremely cleanly, wear clean clothes, sprinkle the ground with the five products of the cow as an offering, tie a red cloth thread as an offering, take good colors, and tie them tightly in seven places. That is, tie the top of the head and the hair knot, tie the three places, that is, the two shoulders, and tie the two wrists, and then tie the waist. Sit in a clean place, or any other quiet and undisturbed place. The mandala platform, square, extremely beautiful, four cubits in size, eight fingers in height, round on all sides, well painted, and extremely smooth. Then, with threads of various colors, draw lines beautifully, and write with paints of various colors.
