The profound and subtle transformation is meaningful, the complete fulfillment of the ten perfections is meaningful, offering to all Tathagatas, serving, the Guru, and reverence are meaningful, therefore, if Vajrapani is named the Meaningful Lasso, how will ignorance arise in the Vajrapani Vidyadhara holders? Will the mind be disturbed? Will memory and wisdom be obscured? If it is invisible in that place, who can speak? The wisdom of all Tathagatas is meaningful, whatever is the wisdom of the Tathagatas, that is meaningfully designated as the name of the Lasso. The wisdom of the Bodhisattvas is meaningful, whatever is the meaningful wisdom, that is meaningfully designated as the name of the Lasso. The illusory Samadhi, the transformation of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Avalokiteshvara is meaningful, whatever is like an illusion, that is the Meaningful Lasso. Whatever is wisdom, that is the Lasso. That is the essence. Whatever is the essence, that is the essence of the Meaningful Lasso, the essence of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Avalokiteshvara, is designated as the name of the essence of the Meaningful Lasso. Whatever is thought of in the mind and whatever is strived for, all that will be guided, will be hooked, will be obtained, even from a very distant place, it will be hooked by the Lasso of Wisdom. Vajrapani, therefore that is designated as the name of the essence of the Meaningful Lasso. Vajrapani, whoever obtains this Samadhi, how will ignorance arise in him? Wisdom will be diminished, this place is invisible. Vajrapani, furthermore, many Dharani doors will be obtained, whoever obtains the Dharani, he will be able to perfect all the secret mantras of this detailed ritual of the essence of the Meaningful Lasso, as well as the mantras and mudras, and the sequential distinctions of the secret mantras, and abide in the Mandala recitation, thereby separately and truly understanding everything. The dharani called "Truly Existent," the dharani called "Meaningful, Ornament of Illuminating All Forms," the dharani called "Meaningful, Vast Essence of Mount Meru," the dharani called "Meaningful, Immaculate Lotus," the dharani called "Meaningful, Light Shining Extensively," the dharani called "Meaningful, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Banner," the dharani called "Meaningful, Light of Various Transformations," the dharani called "Meaningful, Mudra," the dharani called "Meaningful, Vajra," the dharani called "Meaningful, Truly Existent," the dharani called "Meaningful, Vast Light," the dharani called "Meaningful, Accomplishment," the dharani called "Meaningful, Immaculate Source," the dharani called "Meaningful, Increase of Wisdom," the dharani called "Meaningful, Blazing Mudra," the dharani called "Meaningful, Essence of the Sun," and the secret and meaningful mandala dharani of all Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas are obtained. By merely hearing these dharanis, the heart essence of the meaningful noose, revered by all Bodhisattvas, the mudra of the liberation mandala, and all the secret mantra mandalas that are sequentially distinguished are perfected. Secret mantras, rituals, and extensive and detailed rituals are recited, and all are thoroughly and correctly understood. Whoever obtains this power will not become confused, will not lose mindfulness, will not become dull, will not become drowsy, will not become shrunken, will not become unstable, will not become distracted, will not follow after desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, miserliness, and jealousy, will not become possessed by sinful thoughts, and will not engage in worldly non-virtuous deeds. One will always have a broad mind and become extremely clear. One will always have equal and unequal mindfulness, and wisdom will become like an ocean. One will always have deep memory, like accumulating a vast ocean. Vajrapani, the heart essence dharani of the meaningful noose.

Thus, the king of profound rituals, in this vast opportunity, whoever obtains this dharani, how could Vajrapani fall into confusion? Furthermore, one will obtain immeasurable, countless, inconceivable body completely purified, speech completely purified, mind completely purified, radiance completely purified, eyes completely purified, ears completely purified, nose completely purified, tongue completely purified, all senses completely purified. Merely reciting, hearing, seeing, remembering the heart mantra of the Amoghapasha, one can obtain these great benefits of merit, whoever can well obtain this power, how could Vajrapani give rise to confusion? Even so, Vajrapani, wait a moment, how it will manifest in the midst of the many retinues of the Tathagata, it will be shown descending before the Blessed One.
