After that, the Vidyadhara offers offering water and foot-washing water. If you speak openly what you have in mind, you will obtain all that you seek, and everything will follow you. Everything will be done in every way. By merely remembering, etc., all actions will be accomplished, and you will be close. You will always be watched over, and in general, everything will be done. Furthermore, various needs and tasks to be done will be accomplished. All the retinue of the assembly of mothers will be under your control, and all actions will be done as you command, and will never decline. Everything will follow you, and all actions will be accomplished. If you want to summon a desirable form goddess, then the Vidyadhara is clean, thoroughly bathed, and wears clean clothes, and the body is especially anointed with very sweet-smelling fragrances.
