རྒྱས་པ་དང་། རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མན་ངག་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། ཆོས་མངོན་པ་དང་། ཚོགས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་པ་དང་། དོན་ཡོད་པར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འཇུག་པ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་པ། དོན་ཡོད་པར་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། སྲིན་པོ་དང་། འབྱུང་པོ་དང་། ཤ་ཟ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་དང་། གྲུལ་བུམ་དང་། བརྗེད་བྱེད་དང་། བགེགས་དང་། ལོག་འདྲེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཉེས་པ་དང་། གསོད་པ་དང་ཤིན་ཏུ་སེལ་བ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ལྟར་ན་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོ་ཅན་གྱི་གཟུངས་ངན་སོང་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་བ། ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མི་འཇིགས་པའི་གནས་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་པ། འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ལམ་ལེགས་པའི་ལམ་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་པ། མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ལམ་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་པ། ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་གནས་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད་པ་ལགས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དོན་ཡོད་པར་རྣམ་པར་ལྟ་བའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོའི་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཁྱད་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྲགས་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་གསང་བ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་པ་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་ཏུ་དཀོན་པའི་གཟུངས་འདིའི་སྙིང་པོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པ་བཤད་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་བ། གསང་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྲགས་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ལམ་མཆོག་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ། གྱ་ནོམ་པ། བླ་མ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ། མཆོག་ཏུ་དཀོན་པའི་གཟུངས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་གསང་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྲགས་པ་སྟེ། གང་གི་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཆུ་བོ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། སྲིད་པའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལས་སེམས་ཅན་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་སྒྲོལ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཕོའམ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོའམ། དགེ་སློང་ཕའམ། དགེ་སློང་མའམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་ཕའམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་མའམ། དགེ་སྦྱོང་ངམ། བྲམ་ཟེའམ། རྒྱལ་རིགས་དང་། རྗེའུ་རིགས་དང་། དམངས་རིགས་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གམ། སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་གང་ཡང་རུང་བས་དོན་ཡོད་པར་རྣམ་པར་ལྟ་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་འདི་དང་། རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་ལྟ་བ་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ

广大和，奇妙的佛法诀窍种种和，法相论和，集会的言谈如实宣说和，真实不虚地大乘种种 进入大海和善加宣说。真实不虚地夜叉和，罗刹和，鬼怪和，食肉鬼和，饿鬼和，瓮腹鬼和，遗忘者和，作障者和，种种邪引的罪过和，杀害和极度消除也如实宣说。世尊，这样具有大功德的陀罗尼，所有恶趣都完全寂灭，于一切处宣说无畏的处所，宣说超离世间的善道，宣说脱离苦恼之道，是赐予不退转的处所和佛陀之位的。世尊，真实不虚观视之索的精髓大陀罗尼，圣观世音自在的精髓功德殊胜圆满宣扬，是安住于一切如来精髓秘密之中的。此后，世尊如来释迦牟尼对菩萨摩诃萨观世音自在如此说道：大菩萨，甚为稀有的此陀罗尼的精髓，宣说超离世间的种种幻化，以及一切如来和，一切菩萨众神通种种幻化，圆满宣扬秘密的精髓，善哉善哉！这些是对一切有情而言，是极殊胜的无上道，是富饶的，至上的，无上的，极为稀有的陀罗尼的精髓秘密圆满宣扬，由此能从轮回的大海之洪流和，有海中救度众生到达彼岸。观世音自在，无论是种姓之男，还是种姓之女，无论是比丘，还是比丘尼，无论是近事男，还是近事女，无论是沙弥，还是婆罗门，无论是国王种姓和， 犹太种姓和，平民种姓中的任何一个，或者任何其他有情，以真实不虚观视之精髓和，奇妙观视真实不虚之精髓，即一切如来之精髓。

Extensive and, wonderful Dharma instructions of various kinds and, Abhidharma and, assemblies' talks truthfully proclaimed and, truly and effectively the Great Vehicle in various forms Entering the ocean and well proclaiming. Truly and effectively Yakshas and, Rakshasas and, Bhutas and, flesh-eaters and, Pretas and, Kumbhandas and, those who cause forgetfulness and, obstructors and, various evil guides' faults and, killing and extremely eliminating are also truthfully proclaimed. World Honored One, thus this Dharani with great qualities, all the evil destinies will be completely pacified, in all places proclaiming the state of fearlessness, proclaiming the excellent path that transcends the world, proclaiming the path of liberation from suffering, is bestowing the state of non-retrogression and the state of Buddhahood. World Honored One, the great Dharani of the essence of the noose of true vision, the essence of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the merits and virtues are fully proclaimed, it abides supremely in the secret essence of all Tathagatas. Then, the World Honored One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteśvara: Great Bodhisattva, the essence of this extremely rare Dharani, proclaiming the various transformations that transcend the world, and all the Tathagatas and, all the Bodhisattva assemblies' miraculous transformations, fully proclaiming the secret essence, well done, well done! These are for all sentient beings, the supreme path that is extremely supreme, rich, supreme, unsurpassed, the secret essence of the extremely rare Dharani is fully proclaimed, by which one can deliver sentient beings from the great torrent of the ocean of Samsara and, from the ocean of existence to the other shore. Avalokiteśvara, whether it be a son of a noble family, or a daughter of a noble family, whether it be a Bhikshu, or a Bhikshuni, whether it be a Upasaka, or a Upasika, whether it be a Shramana, or a Brahmin, whether it be a king's lineage and, a Jewish lineage and, any one of the commoner lineages, or any other sentient being, with the essence of true vision and, the wonderful vision of the true essence, that is the essence of all Tathagatas.
