Bo. The Vidyadhara should say what supreme things he desires, mundane and supramundane. All of those shall be given. Then, the Vidyadhara takes whatever supreme thing he seeks and immediately gives it all away. In whatever mandala of the retinue there is, all the women who have come from all directions, and the men, boys, girls, renunciates, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, Shudras, kings, ministers, the downtrodden, the guides, and all who have come into the retinue of the queen, whether they are endowed with merit or not endowed with merit, whether they are completely pure or have wrong views, or other sentient beings who are hell-bound, immersed in the darkness of ignorance, devoted to Avici, committing the five inexpiable sins, slandering the noble ones, abandoning the sacred Dharma, to all of those, the body of the noble Avalokiteśvara will be shown. All will speak. They will breathe correctly. All will show all the ripening of the fruits of their own actions, whether virtuous or non-virtuous. By means of the mantra, thieves, Chandalas, those who abandon and destroy mantras, those who refute mantras, those who do not believe in mantras and do not listen with respect, except for those who are invisible, otherwise, they will certainly see the various sufferings that arise from the fruits of their own actions. Then, those sentient beings will engage in whatever wishes they have in mind, whether mundane or supramundane, in the great mandala of the retinue, they will certainly see the fruits of their own actions, both meritorious and non-meritorious. They will see the Buddha-fields of all the Tathagatas. They will see the great bodies of the Tathagatas and the palaces with tiered houses. They will see the palaces of Mount Potalaka, with the various emanations of the Bhagavan, and the noble Avalokiteśvara with his retinue, surrounded by gods and nagas in the palace. We, as well as our own armies, and the armies of others, war, strife, fear, victory or defeat, loss or non-loss, plague, heavy rain, untimely rain, no rain, wind, frost, Brahma, etc., all these can be seen. Having wealth or decline, increase, crops, flowers, or the increase of fruits, etc., all these can be seen. Robbers, thieves, poison, the fear of weapons, or the fear of the king, yakshas, rakshas, beings, dakinis, and the fear of forgetfulness, all these can be seen. Great wealth or no wealth, all these can be seen. Death and birth can be seen. Obtaining sons, villages, cities, land and regions, and obtaining women, all these can be seen. Do not have doubts, hesitation, or uncertainty about this, but with great faith and reverence, diligently practice this ritual.
