The Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha said: Great-hearted one, for the sake of compassion for all sentient beings, the supreme ritual of the supramundane, the secret essence, and the mandala and steadfastness to obtain fearlessness, of all Vidyadhara holders, the supreme accomplishment method, that sole Suchness will be accomplished, merely by reading and remembering, and merely by practicing, all those great accomplishments will be obtained, and the great aspiration will be completely accomplished, and the supreme great accomplishments will be obtained separately, and all the wishes belonging to the desires of the Vidyadhara holders will be completely accomplished, needless to say. Having made offerings with incense and, ointment and, clothes and, various ornaments and, implements and, various foods, they became delighted. The noble Avalokiteśvara circumambulated the Blessed One hundreds of thousands of times, and after making offerings to that circle of the retinue as well, he bowed down with his palms joined together where the Blessed One was, and sat before the Blessed One without blinking his eyes, and spoke to the Blessed One in gentle words, saying: "Blessed One, what I have is the wondrous vision, the meaningful miracle, the essence of all the Tathāgatas, the circle of liberation, and the wondrousness of all the Tathāgatas, the very reality, the blessing of the various transformations and various manifestations, and the essence of the noose of the meaningful vision of the great Samaya circle, and the transcendent recitation, and the essence of the supreme accomplishment of practice, and the supreme accomplishment that transcends the world, blessed and prophesied by all the Tathāgatas. Therefore, in the presence of the Blessed One, by the blessing of the Blessed One, in order to make all mantra holders attain the supreme accomplishment, and in order to liberate all sentient beings, to eliminate hell and, the realm of pretas and, the world of Yama, to eliminate past obscurations and, to destroy inexhaustible sins, to eliminate all bad destinies, to surely burn the sins and obscurations of the world and the transcendent world, I will completely proclaim it. The five inexpiable sins and, abandoning the Buddha and Bodhisattvas and, abandoning the sacred Dharma and, indulging in the five inexpiable sins and, slandering the noble Sangha and, the Śrāvakas and, the Pratyekabuddhas and, abandoning all the assemblies of Bodhisattvas, those who hear and, merely see and, merely uphold and, strive once and, merely explain, all will become purified. Merely seeing me, all will be exhausted, all will become purified. All plagues and, all diseases and, dirt and, all miserliness and jealousy will be separated. From all afflictions and obscurations, one will be completely liberated.

May I be free from fighting, contention, debate, destruction, beating, threatening, killing, warfare, gambling, imprisonment, fetters, thieves, deceivers, savages, lions, elephants, buffaloes, bad diseases, dropsy, vitiligo, leprosy, smallpox, the wicked, sores, scabies, itching, hydrocephalus, hemiplegia, bears, grizzlies, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, forgetfulness, untamed snakes, venomous snakes, black snakes, lizards, and all kinds of terrifying creatures with poison, as well as all the fears of fire, water, poison, weapons, cliffs, collapsing houses, cold, wind, sunstroke, and venomous rats, all of which will be completely pacified, destroyed, and ground to powder and vanish simply by reading, reciting, and seeing! Do not doubt this complete liberation. Do not create duality. Do not hesitate. Do not create a dualistic mind. O Blessed One, may I always remember and always generate the wisdom of attention. May I repeat the essence of the Unfailing Lasso and the essence of the King of Wrathful Ones. The wondrous viewing, the unfailing transformation, the essence of all Tathagatas, the mandala of liberation, the blessings of the wondrous miracles of all Tathagatas, the illumination of all forms. The mandala of the great vow, the essence of the Unfailing Lasso of viewing, should be constantly and continuously recited in the mind at all times. It should be constantly and continuously remembered and meditated upon. By merely remembering and meditating on them, by merely remembering, the merits of the mundane and supramundane
