If you want to accomplish cow-yellow, thoroughly rub the cow-yellow with the ghee of a pale yellow cow. On the white fifteenth or eighth day, fast for three nights. Make great offerings to the Bhagavan and Avalokiteśvara, and then arrange them carefully. Press down with your right hand and recite until the accomplishment becomes three forms. When it is being heated, by doing bindu, yakshas and, rakshasas and, pretas and, flesh-eaters and, bhutas will draw pictures of him. He will give what he has taken. From that day on, the lifespan will become five thousand years. When it is smoking, if you do bindu, you will become the king of all invisible beings. He will ride on a collection of winds that are completely calmed. After going twenty thousand yojanas, he will come back again. The lifespan will become sixty thousand years. He will see sixty thousand yojanas. When it is burning, by doing bindu, he will be able to walk in the sky. He himself will fly a hundred times. 杜鹃花，瞻部河的药材，黄金粉末，母牛的牛奶，树木阿卡的牛奶，黄金的牛奶，斯努哈的牛奶，菩提树的牛奶，遍入天压制的牛奶。将这些等量混合，放在铜器中搅拌。半个月后就会变成纯粹的母牛奶，对此毫无疑问。将丝绸画像朝向前方放置，在寺院或经堂或修行处，或干净的地面上放置丝绸画像，忆念慈爱、大悲、佛、法、僧，披上征服敌人的伟大盔甲，对圣观世音自在怀有极大的信仰和恭敬，为了菩提而努力追求和渴望，每天尽力供养，提前进行，六个半月内念诵。之后，当持明者的六个半月圆满时，将最好的干燥土药磨成细粉，放入铜器中，念诵不空成就佛心咒一千零八遍，再念诵忿怒尊之王一千零八遍。然后，在十五的夜晚，斋戒三夜，对佛陀薄伽梵和圣观世音自在进行盛大的供养，向四方供奉极其丰盛的食子。然后，持明者将最好的药材、水银、白色芥子和蜂蜜混合在一起。然后再次念诵一万遍。在圣观世音自在的面前，将铜器加热使其温暖。各种颜色的光芒燃烧起来。持明者的身体将会燃烧，大地也会震动。然后，持明者应如微笑般地观想。将燃烧物与梵天之子的酥油混合，涂抹在自己的身体上。涂抹的瞬间，自己的身体皮肤就会变成金色。身体变得像金刚心一样坚不可摧，无法穿透，与成百上千的眷属一起飞翔。

Rhododendron, medicine from the Jambū River, gold powder, cow's milk, milk from the Arka tree, gold milk, Snūha milk, Bodhi tree milk, and milk pressed by the pervading one. Mix these in equal parts, place them in a copper vessel, and stir. In half a month, it will turn into pure cow's milk, without any doubt. The silk painting should be placed facing forward, in a monastery or temple or hermitage, or on clean ground. Having placed the silk painting, remember loving-kindness, great compassion, the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, put on the great armor of subduing enemies with teaching and courage, and with supreme faith and reverence for the noble Avalokiteśvara, striving for and desiring enlightenment, offer as much as possible each day, and recite for six and a half months. Then, when the six and a half months of the vidyādhara are complete, have the best dry earth medicine ground into fine powder. Place it in a copper vessel and recite the essence of Amogharāja (Don-yö Gyalpo) one thousand and eight times, and then recite the wrathful king one thousand and eight times. Then, on the fifteenth night, fast for three nights, make great offerings to the Buddha Bhagavan and the noble Avalokiteśvara, and offer extremely abundant torma in the four directions. Then, the vidyādhara should mix the best medicine, mercury, white mustard, and honey together. Then recite again ten thousand times. In front of the noble Avalokiteśvara, heat the copper vessel to make it warm. Rays of various colors will blaze. The body of the vidyādhara will blaze, and the earth will also shake. Then, the vidyādhara should visualize smiling. Mix the blazing substance with the ghee of Brahma Putraka and anoint one's own body. In the instant of anointing, the skin of one's own body will turn golden in color. The body will become indestructible and impenetrable like a vajra heart, and will fly with hundreds and thousands of attendants.

If one practices diligently for a full year, one will play with goddesses, enjoy divine pleasures, possess palaces, and become like the gods playing. If eaten with warm honey, one will live for twenty thousand years. One will be able to walk in the sky.
