It should be known as being equal to the Thus Come One who is equal to the realm of Dharma. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, approached the Bhagavan, folded his palms respectfully, and before the Bhagavan, as usual, smiling and with a trembling heart, blazing with light and manifesting, with a body adorned with hundreds of thousands of millions of ornaments, sat before the Bhagavan and spoke: Bhagavan, for me, in the great mandala of the vast lotus, to see all the meaningful paintings, and with the essence of the Unfailing Lasso, by what meaningful painting's activity, for all of them, to see thousands of millions of magical displays of the Samadhi of illusion, and to see various forms, colors, and signs, and to follow one form, It is not allowed as such. For example: Īśvara, Mahādeva, Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Mahādeva Mahāpaśupati, Yama, the water deity, an evil body, a gathering of sages, a youth, a leader, a merchant, a mantra holder, the moon, the sun, a constellation, a gathering of stars, will follow with a single body. Bhagavan, just by seeing, one will accomplish the great mandala of the Unfailing Lasso, the vows, the mudras, and the great practice of the detailed rituals. The accomplished vows will also enter. I will bestow the secret mantra, the essence, the dharani, and the vows of the great meaningful one. For the sake of accomplishing the happiness of all sentient beings, I will appear before the Bhagavan.
