་མེད་ཁང་དང་བཅས་པའི་རི་བོ་པོ་ཊ་ལ་ན་གནས་པ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁ་མས་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཆོས་འཆད་པ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར། ཆོས་བཤད་པ་དེ་ཡང་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་དགེ་འདུན་དང་བཅས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་དང་བཅས་པ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ཆོས་འཆད་པའི་གསུང་གི་སྒྲ་དེ་ཡང་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདི་ལྟར་རིགས་ངན་གྱི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་། མནར་མེད་པ་ལ་གཞོལ་བ་དང་། མཚམས་མེད་པ་ ལྔ་བྱེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་དང་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དགོངས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་རྨི་ལམ་དུ་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་དོ། །སྡིག་པ་དང་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར། མཆོག་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར། དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར། ལྷའི་ལོ་སྟོང་དུ་འཚོ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ལྷའི་བདེ་བ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར། ནད་ཀྱིས་ཐེབས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མིག་སྨན་འདིས་བསྐུས་ན་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར། རིམས་ཐམས་ཅད་སེལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བསྐུས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་དུག་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་མི་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར། ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བ་དང་དགྲ་བོ་དང་གཡོ་ཅན་དང་ཆོམ་པོ་དང་རྐུན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མི་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཚོན་གདབ་པའི་འཇིགས་པ་འབྱུང་བར་མི་འགྱུར། འཐབ་པ་དང་རྩོད་པ་དང་ཁྲག་ཁྲུག་ལ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་རྒྱལ་ཞིང་ལན་ཐེབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཡུལ་ངོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་གཡུལ་འགྱེད་པ་ལས་རྒྱལ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་དཔུང་གི་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་སྨྲ་བར་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དུ་སོང་ན་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་། བུད་མེད་དང་། ཁྱེའུ་དང་། བུ་མོ་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ན་གནས་སོ་ཅོག་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་གཡས་པ་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་རིགས་བཞིའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གང་མཐོང་བ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་གཡོན་པ་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་རིགས་ངན་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཕྱག་གཡས་པ་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ། དོན་ཡོད་པ་གྲུབ་བའི་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལན་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱ་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་ན་དེ་ནས་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་དང་། ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། གཟུངས་ཐམས་ཅད་སོ་སོར་ལན་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་བརྒྱ་བཟླས་པར་འགྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་ སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དྲུག་ཅུའི་དྲུང་དུ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མིང་བཟུང་བ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྟོང་མཉེས་པར་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་བ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར། སྔོན་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པས་མནར་མེད་པའི་གནས་སུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་འགྱུར། ནམ་ཡང་ངན་སོང་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་མི་འགྱུར། ཚེ་རབས་ཚེ་རབས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་དྲན་པར་འགྱུར། ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྲུང་བ་དང་། བསྐྱབ་པ་དང་། སྦ་བར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕྱག་གཡོན་པ་མནན་ཏེ་ལན་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ན་བཟླས་པ་ཙམ་གྱི་མོད་ལ་ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། སྲིན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཀུག་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་གནས་སོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་དགོས་པ་བྱུང་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་དོན་ཡོད་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ན་ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་ཅིང་རྟག་ཏུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འབྲང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྟེ་བའི་གནས་སུ་མནན་ཏེ་ཀླུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་འབེབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་མཐའ་དག་ཆིམ་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་སྙམ་དུ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ན་གང་དང་གང་དུ་སོང་བ་དེར་སྐྱེས་པའམ། བུད་མེད་དམ། རྒྱལ་པོའམ། རྒྱལ་མོའམ། དགེ་སྦྱོང་ངམ། བྲམ་ཟེའམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་ནམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་མ་ལ་གང་བསམས་པ་དང་གང་བཅོལ་བ་དང་། སྨྲས་པའི་ལས་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྒྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དབུ་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་བཟླས་ནས་ཚངས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་བར་དུ་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་ཞིང་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཐོག་མར་བཟླས་བརྗོད་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བྱས་ནས་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞབས་གཉིས་མནན་ཏེ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཅུ་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ན་སའི་འོག་ཡན་ཆད་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། མངག་གཞུག་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །པདྨ་ལ་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ནས་པདྨའི་ མཚེའུར་བོར

将看到连同无量宫殿的普陀山。将从乐土世界的门口看到，也将看到如来阿弥陀佛在说法。也将听到那说法。将看到十方如来连同菩萨众，连同声闻僧众，连同佛刹无量宫殿，也将听到说法的声音。如此，无论是生于恶劣种姓之人，还是沉溺于无间地狱之人，还是造作五无间罪之人，都将蒙受一切如来的加持和圣观自在的慈悲关怀，并在梦中显现。一切罪业和障碍都将得以清净。一切殊胜都将给予。将给予不空绢索心咒的成就。将活到天界的一千年，并将体验天界的快乐。一切被疾病缠身之人，用此眼药涂抹，一切疾病都将平息。一切瘟疫都将被消除。只需涂抹在一切毒物上，毒性就会消失。在一切恐惧中，涂抹在眼睛上，就会变得隐形。一切外道、仇敌、奸诈之人、强盗和盗贼都将无法看见。不会发生被武器伤害的恐惧。在争斗、争吵和血腥冲突中，涂抹在眼睛上，将战胜一切并获得胜利。在一切战场上，涂抹在眼睛上，将战胜战争，并成为军队中的佼佼者。去往国王的宫殿时，涂抹在眼睛上，国王连同王妃眷属都将被掌控。不说话地进入城市，男人、女人、男孩和女孩，所有居住在城市里的人都将被掌控。涂抹在右眼上，所见到的四种姓的世界都将被掌控。涂抹在左眼上，一切恶劣种姓都将被掌控。从圣观自在菩萨的右手上开始，念诵一千零八遍不空成就明咒之王。

One will see Mount Potala, complete with immeasurable palaces. One will see from the entrance of the Sukhavati world, and one will also see the Tathagata Amitabha teaching the Dharma. One will also hear that Dharma being taught. One will see the Tathagatas of the ten directions, together with the assembly of Bodhisattvas, together with the Sangha of Shravakas, together with the immeasurable palaces of the Buddha-fields, and one will also hear the sound of the Dharma being taught. Thus, whether one is born into a lineage of evil, or is immersed in the Avici hell, or commits the five heinous crimes, all will be mindful of the blessings of all the Tathagatas and the compassion of the noble Avalokiteshvara, and will be shown in dreams. All sins and obscurations will be purified. All excellence will be bestowed. The siddhi of the essence of the Amoghapasha will be bestowed. One will live for a thousand years in the heavens and will experience the bliss of the heavens. For all those afflicted by illness, if this eye medicine is applied, all illnesses will be pacified. All plagues will be eliminated. Simply applying it to all poisons will neutralize the poison. In all fears, applying it to the eyes will make one invisible. All heretics, enemies, deceitful people, robbers, and thieves will not be able to see one. The fear of being wounded by weapons will not occur. In fighting, disputes, and bloody conflicts, applying it to the eyes will conquer all and gain victory. On all battlefields, applying it to the eyes will win the war and become the best in the army. When going to the king's palace, applying it to the eyes will bring the king, together with his queen and retinue, under one's control. Entering a city without speaking, men, women, boys, and girls, all who dwell in the city will be under one's control. Applying it to the right eye will bring all that is seen of the four castes of the world under one's control. Applying it to the left eye will bring all evil castes under one's control. Starting from the right hand of the noble Avalokiteshvara, recite the king of the Amoghasiddhi Vidyā mantra one thousand and eight times.

The subject matter is: If you make offerings to the noble Avalokiteśvara, then recite the essence of the meaningful lasso, as well as the king of wrathful deities, and all the dharanis, each recited a hundred thousand times. Thus, you will plant roots of virtue in the presence of sixty billion Ganges sand-like Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas, and all the Buddhas will remember your name. You will please a thousand Tathāgatas. You will obtain the sight of sixty-four thousand Tathāgatas. All worldly affairs will be accomplished. Going to the Avīci hell due to past obscurations will be completely purified. You will never go to the lower realms. You will remember your past lives in lifetime after lifetime. All the gods will grant the supreme, and will always protect, save, and conceal you. Pressing the left hand and reciting one thousand and eight times, merely by reciting, you will be able to summon gods, nāgas, yakshas, rākshasas, and so on, and all will be under your control. When there is a need, recite the king of meaningful and accomplished mantras seven times, then all the gods, nāgas, etc., will do all the work, and will always follow you without interruption. Pressing on the navel, all the nāgas, etc., will cause a stream of rain to fall. If you recite one hundred and eight times, thinking that you want to make the entire Jambudvipa moist, then wherever you go, whether it is a man, woman, king, queen, monk, Brahmin, layperson, or laywoman, all the things you think of, entrust, and say will be accomplished. Starting from the head and reciting, even the world of Brahma will be under your control, you will be able to rule everything, and act as you are commanded. First recite one thousand and eight times, and then recite. Pressing on both feet and reciting ten thousand times, then everything up to the underground will be under your control, and you will be able to do all the work, and all errands will be done. After reciting one thousand and eight times on a lotus, throw it into a lotus pond.
