ས་སོ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་གྲུབ་ཀྱིས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱོས་ཤིག་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ཞིབ་མོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོའི་དམ་པ་གྲུབ་པོ་ཞེས་ནས། དེ་ནས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་རང་གིས་གཟུགས་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད་དོ། །འདི་ནི་གྲུབ་པའི་མཆོག་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་སྟེ། མ་བསྒྲུབས་པར་ལས་བྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་དབང་དུ་བྱ་བར་འདོད་པས་མེ་ཏོག་པདྨ་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ལ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕུལ་ཏེ། གང་གི་མིང་ནས་བརྗོད་པ་དེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྣ་མའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ཏེ། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕུལ་ལ། ཡང་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ནས་མེ་ཏོག་སྙིང་པོ་བླངས་ནས་གང་ལ་བྱིན་པ་དེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གདོན་གྱིས་ཟིན་པ་ལ་བྱིན་ན་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནད་ཀྱིས་ཐེགས་པལ་བྱིན་ན་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྒོར་གཏོར་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་རོ་བསྲེགས་པའི་སའི་སྟེང་དུ་གཏོར་ན། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མནར་མེད་པ་ན་གནས་ པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་གཏོར་ནསྐད་ཅིག་དེ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར། ཉལ་བའི་སྔས་སུ་བཞག་ན་རྨི་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སྐུ་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་ཅིང་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་གསུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྐྱེས་པའམ་བུད་མེད་གང་གི་སྟེང་དུ་གཏོར་བ་དེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་གྲིབ་མ་བཞིན་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འབྲང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་གཏོར་ན་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྷའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་བཞག་ན་འགུགས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་སྨན་སྒྲུབ་པར་འདོད་པས་རས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མིག་སྨན་ལྡོང་རོས་ལ་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ནས་གྲུབ་པའི་རྟགས་གསུམ་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འབར་བ་དང་དབུ་བ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་། དུད་པ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེས་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་མི་སྣང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཏེར་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དཔྲལ་བར་ཐིག་ལེ་བྱས་ན་ཕུགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་འཇུག་པར་འགྱུར། སྒོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱེ་བར་འགྱུར། ཡན་ལག་དང་ཉིང་ལག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར། སྤྱི་བོར་ཐིག་ལེ་བྱས་ན་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྟག་ཏུ་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་ལ་བྱུགས་ན། ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དང་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལྷ་རྣམས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འབྲང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མཚན་མོ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་ཉིན་མོ་བཞིན་དུ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། གཏེར་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཁ་ཕུག་ནས་དོར་བར་བྱའོ། །རང་གི་ལུས་ལ་བྱུགས་ན་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་གོ་ཆ་བགོས་པའི་ལུས་སུ་འགྱུར། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་སྲིན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པས་མི་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཚེ་བསྐལ་པ་སྟོང་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་བཟའ་བ་དང་སྙིང་གར་བསྐུ་བ་བྱས་ན་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོའི་གཟུགས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ནས། ཚངས་པ་དང་། ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དང་། དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོའི་གཟུགས་དང་སྣ་ཚོགས་མང་ པོ་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར། ཟླ་བ་དང་ཉི་མ་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྡོང་རོས་དང་། གི་ཝཾ་དང་། སཽ་བི་རཱ་ཀ་དང་། གུར་གུམ་དང་། ཀྲ་ཀུ་དྷ་ལ་དོན་ཡོད་པར་གྲུབ་པ་ཁྲི་བཟླས་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མི་སྨྲ་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བཏགས་ལ། རས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ལ་མངོན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་ཏེ། གཙང་མས་གོས་གཙང་མ་བགོས་ལ་ཚེས་བཅྭ་ལྔ་ཉ་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བྱས་ནས་ཕྱེ་མ་ཞིབ་ཏུ་བཏགས་ཏེ། ཡང་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་དང་། ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། དོན་ཡོད་པའི་གྲུབ་པའི་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ལ། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཕྱག་ཏུ་བཞག་སྟེ། མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ནས་རས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བྱས་ཏེ། རས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་དུ་འདུག་པ་ལ་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བྱ། དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། བཟླས་བརྗོད་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བྱས་ལ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་གསང་སྔགས་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ། དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ནས་དོན་ཡོད་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་གཟུངས་བཟླས་པར་བྱས་ན། བསྐུས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་རི་བོ་པོ་ཊ་ལ་དང་བཅས་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་དང་བཅས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་གཞལ

薩！您以不空絹索之心髓成就一切事業，您以不空成就之精細儀軌成為偉大之王之誓言成就者。此後，聖觀世音自在將親自顯現身形，賜予一切願望之最勝。此乃無上之成就精華，未經修持亦能成辦事業。其後，欲作調伏者，於蓮花念誦一百零八遍，獻予聖觀世音自在，凡誦其名者，彼即被調伏。於白芥子花念誦一百零八遍，獻予聖觀世音自在，復念誦七遍，取花之精華，給予何人，彼即被調伏。若給予被鬼神附身者，則從一切鬼神中完全解脫。若給予被疾病纏身者，則從一切疾病中完全解脫。若於國王之門口拋灑，則國王與王妃眷屬皆被調伏。若於焚燒屍體之地上拋灑，則該有情從有情地獄中完全解脫。若向處於無間地獄之有情拋灑，則彼剎那間即得完全解脫。若置於睡眠之枕邊，則將見到偉大之夢。聖觀世音自在將示現身形，並宣說一切悅意之事。無論男女，拋灑於何者之上，彼即被調伏，如影隨形般跟隨。若拋灑於國王之上，亦如是。若置於天神之像上，則將被召喚，並成辦一切事業。欲修持眼藥者，於布製身像之前，對眼藥（lDong ros）念誦一千零八遍，則將顯現成就之三種徵兆：燃燒、冒泡、冒煙。以此塗抹眼睛，則將隱形。將能見到一切寶藏。將能見到一切夜叉之住所。若於額頭作提拉克，則將進入一切深處。一切門戶與輪迴皆將被打開。若塗抹於肢體與支分，則將行走於虛空。

Sa! Accomplish all actions with the essence of the unfailing lasso. You, with the elaborate ritual of unfailing accomplishment, are the oath-bound accomplisher of the great king. Thereafter, the noble Avalokiteśvara himself will manifest his form and bestow the supreme of all desires. This is the unsurpassed essence of accomplishment, capable of performing actions even without practice. Then, desiring to subdue, recite one hundred and eight times over a lotus flower and offer it to the noble Avalokiteśvara. Whoever's name is spoken will be subdued. Recite one hundred and eight times over a mustard flower and offer it to the noble Avalokiteśvara. Recite it again seven times, take the essence of the flower, and whoever it is given to will be subdued. If given to one possessed by a spirit, they will be completely liberated from all spirits. If given to one afflicted by illness, they will be completely liberated from all illnesses. If scattered at the gate of a king, the king, along with his queen and retinue, will be subdued. If scattered on the ground where corpses are burned, that being will be completely liberated from the hell of beings. If scattered towards a being dwelling in Avīci hell, they will be completely liberated in that instant. If placed on the pillow of one sleeping, they will see great dreams. The noble Avalokiteśvara will manifest his form and speak all pleasing things. Whichever man or woman it is scattered upon will be subdued and will follow like a shadow. If scattered upon a king, it will be the same. If placed upon an image of a deity, it will be summoned and will perform all actions. Desiring to prepare eye medicine, in front of a cloth image, recite one thousand and eight times over the eye medicine (lDong ros), and three signs of accomplishment will appear: blazing, bubbling, and smoking. If this is applied to the eyes, one will become invisible. All treasures will be seen. All abodes of yakshas will be seen. If a tilaka is made on the forehead, one will enter into all depths. All doors and all mandalas will be opened. If applied to the limbs and parts, one will walk in the sky.

变为能够看见的。如果在头顶上点上，那么圣观世音自在将恒常赐予殊胜之物。如果涂在眼睛上，那么遍入天和大力自在天等众神将恒常跟随，并且成办一切所需。如果晚上涂在眼睛上，就能像白天一样看见，并且一切宝藏都会出现，要从孔穴中取出。如果涂在自己的身上，那么直至寿命终结，都会变成身披盔甲之身。夜叉和罗刹等将无法看见，并且能够成办一切事业，寿命能够达到千劫。或者，如果涂在食物和心间，就会变成大黑天的形象，并且能够示现一切诸神的形象，乃至梵天、遍入天和大力自在天的形象以及众多形象。能够示现月亮和太阳。用躭婆罗香、白檀香、苏毗罗迦、红花和羯句陀，如果能成就，念诵十万遍，念诵不空绢索心咒一千零八遍，念诵忿怒尊之王一百零八遍。在一切时候都不要说话，要在圣观世音自在的面前放置，面向绢布的佛像。用干净的布穿上干净的衣服，在十五望日斋戒一天一夜，然后将面粉磨细。再次念诵不空绢索心咒、忿怒尊之王和不空成就明咒之王一百零八遍。放在圣观世音自在的手中，进行盛大的供养，对绢布的佛像进行供养，斋戒一天一夜。在绢布的佛像前双腿跏趺而坐，做不空绢索的手印二十一遍。念诵不空绢索心咒二十一遍。做念诵的手印，念诵忿怒尊的秘密咒语七遍。之后，涂在眼睛上，念诵不空成就陀罗尼，仅仅是涂上，圣观世音自在连同普陀山和无量宫殿以及菩萨众

will become visible. If a dot is placed on the crown of the head, then the noble Avalokiteśvara will always bestow supreme gifts. If applied to the eyes, then gods such as Vishnu and the great powerful one will always follow, and all needs will be accomplished. If applied to the eyes at night, one will see as in the daytime, and all treasures will appear, to be taken out from the holes. If applied to one's own body, one will become a body clad in armor until the end of life. Yakshas and rakshasas will not be able to see, and all actions will be accomplished, and life will last for a thousand kalpas. Alternatively, if applied to food and the heart, one will transform into the form of Mahakala, and will show the forms of all the gods, even the forms of Brahma, Vishnu, and the great powerful one, and many diverse forms. One will show the moon and the sun. With lodhra, white sandalwood, sauvīraka, saffron, and karkota, if accomplished, recite ten thousand times, recite the heart essence of the unfailing lasso one thousand and eight times, recite the king of wrathful ones one hundred and eight times. Do not speak at all times, and place it before the noble Avalokiteśvara, facing the cloth image. Wear clean clothes with cleanliness, and fast for one day and one night on the fifteenth day of the full moon, then grind the flour finely. Again, recite the heart essence of the unfailing lasso, the king of wrathful ones, and the king of the unfailing accomplishment vidya-mantra one hundred and eight times. Place it in the hand of the noble Avalokiteśvara, make great offerings, make offerings to the cloth image, and fast for one day and one night. Sit in the lotus position before the cloth image, and make the mudra of the unfailing lasso twenty-one times. Recite the heart essence of the unfailing lasso twenty-one times. Make the mudra of recitation, and recite the secret mantra of the wrathful one seven times. After that, apply it to the eyes, and recite the unfailing accomplishment dharani, and merely by applying it, the noble Avalokiteśvara together with Mount Potala and the immeasurable palace and the assembly of bodhisattvas
