There will be no wrong dressing, wrong eating, bad knives, or wrong seeing. One will be completely liberated from all fears. One will be completely liberated from all sins and obscurations. Bad dreams, bad omens, and all inauspicious things will be destroyed. All poisons, artificial poisons, and curses will be destroyed. Secret mantras, unions, and tormas will be destroyed. Fighting, arguing, and bloody conflicts will be repelled, and one will be victorious in all places. Attacks from enemies, unfriendliness, and all fears from enemy armies will not occur. If practiced for seven days, one will become manifest in all treatises. If practiced for twenty-one days, one will accomplish all the detailed rituals of secret mantras, mandalas, secret mantras, and hand gestures in their proper order. If practiced for one month, one will accumulate vast oceans of learning. If practiced for one year, one will be able to live for a thousand years. Wrinkles and white hair will disappear. Old teeth will also grow back. The tongue will become as soft as a lotus petal. All throat diseases and neck stiffness will be completely relieved. If slightly moistened and filled into the ears, it will feel peaceful and one will have the ears of the gods. One will hear pleasant and auspicious sounds. Therefore, the great ritual of ghee should be performed. Next, the "eye medicine" that is perfectly accomplished, extremely auspicious, and brings auspiciousness will be explained. Recite the heart mantra of the Amoghapasha twenty-one times, recite the Wrathful King seven times, and then recite the stainless glory of the Amoghapasha Avalokiteshvara lotus jewel ocean, the heart mantra of the Amoghapasha, one thousand and eight times. Wrap the body in clean clothes, bathe well, eat white food, and put the eye medicine pill in the mouth, and one will remember all that is spoken and read. The tongue will become as soft as the leaves of a lotus and a water lily. One will have the voice of a Kinnara. Even the voice of a god will emerge. Whoever is spoken to will remain like male and female servants. Whoever smells the fragrance will also be controlled. Even those who have become animals can be controlled. All spirits, yakshas, rakshasas, rakshasis, pretas, flesh-eaters, etc., as well as forgetfulness, hatred, extreme hatred, and all non-humans, will be scattered by this fragrance, fleeing one hundred yojanas in four directions and settling in a distant place. All those with hostile, hateful, and extremely hateful minds will be scattered by this fragrance and controlled by loving-kindness. If worn on the right arm, the hand will be able to subdue elephants. One will become very powerful, diligent, and able to overcome enemies. Even giants cannot defeat.
