Your two great wish-fulfilling jewels, with the lotus of the unfailing noose of accomplishment, will accomplish all that is needed, both worldly and beyond worldly. The noble Avalokiteśvara will also burn. From the body of the Lord of the World, a great cloud of incense will arise, and that incense will pervade about six yojanas. Merely smelling the fragrance will cause one to be free from all diseases, free from all sins, free from all obscurations of suffering, and curses, poisons,蛊毒, and the application of powders will be destroyed. All bodies will become immaculate. All sentient beings will also follow. Then, the vidyādhara takes that wish-fulfilling jewel noose and puts it into a good copper box, placing it at the feet of the noble Avalokiteśvara. Whenever it is needed, after bathing cleanly, take it and do what is needed. Offerings should be made three times a day. That vidyādhara will also walk in the sky, his body completely purified, and he will play together with the vidyādharas of the past, and everything will be under his control. He will live for a thousand years, and after death, in the realm of Sukhāvatī, among those who have equal merit, he will be born miraculously from the heart of a lotus. He will become the universal monarch of all vidyādharas. Until the ultimate essence of enlightenment, his life will be hundreds of thousands of kalpas.

This is called Padma, which initially brings fame and glory, eliminates all diseases, and quickly eliminates all plagues. For boils, pox, burns, athlete's foot, eye diseases, swelling, and all such conditions, applying it will comfortably heal them. Thus it is said. The Buddha said that bathing with these medicines for all diseases can eliminate sins. It bestows life, and kings bestow lands. If you go to battle with a tilaka, you will always be victorious over everything, and it is the best way to make women happy and be under control. It destroys curses, poisons, property poisons, powder poisons, and the combination of secret mantras as well. When eating and bathing, if you always apply the tilaka, then all beings will be liberated from all of that and attain happiness, as the Lord of the World said. For unbearable brain diseases, apply it. For eye pain, use an eye ointment stick. For toothache, hold it in the mouth. For stomach pain, drink warm water. For rib pain, apply butter. For limb pain, apply it. To control, apply it to the palms of the hands. For serious illnesses, massage and bathe. To dispel yaksha spirits, perform a treatment that drains from the nose.
