On the fifteenth day of each month, the full moon day, fast, and enter a river that flows into the ocean, or a large river up to your waist, recite one hundred and eight times, and after reciting twenty-one times over mustard seeds, angrily throw them into the river. All adversaries and unfriendly people will be destroyed. If you make fire offerings with a mixture of Arka wood, sesame, mustard seeds, guggul, and ghee, you will attain great peace. If you mix rice grains, milk, ghee, mustard seeds, and white sandalwood and make one hundred and eight fire offerings, it will increase and be supremely auspicious. On the fourteenth day, mix karavira flowers and seven kinds of salt, and mix thorny tree firewood with mustard oil, and practice fierce actions. When it does not rain, mix lotus flowers with sandalwood, mustard seeds, and ghee, recite twenty-one times, make one hundred and eight fire offerings, and recite the secret mantra of the wrathful deity seven times, then a great rain will fall for as long as desired.
