Whose body color is like (a lotus). Millions of hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas, Together descend in the sky. Like lightning, they come to this realm. To the Bhagavan, the Protector, the Sage, I prostrate and circumambulate countless times. With a thousand petals, The precious golden flower, Is scattered widely and abundantly. The Sugata, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, With verses that possess wondrous light, And are marvelously great, Cause all realms to tremble. Cutting the bonds of beings' miserliness, The source of generosity, a great treasure, bursts forth. Drying up the muddy swamp of beings' desire, Raining down the rain of discipline's perfume. The Sugata, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, With wondrous rays of light, And verses of great marvel, Cause all the Buddha-fields to tremble. Burning the forest of laziness of beings, Kindling the fire of encouraging diligence. I, too, by the power of this essence, Will be a helpful friend in accomplishing this task. Om Ratna Agra Apratihata Hum Phat (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Having offered such an essence, Beside the neck of the Sage, In a joyful manner with their retinue, They kneel and sit with palms joined. Before him, the chief of the Bodhisattvas, The Protector Avalokiteshvara, The venerable One with the Meaningful Lasso, Resembling the color of a crystal mountain. Together with ten million billion Bodhisattvas, They descend into the sky. With a thousand petals, The precious crystal flowers, Are scattered widely and without remainder. The Sugata, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, With wondrous rays of light, And verses of great marvel, Cause all the Buddha-fields to tremble.
