Three faces and eight arms, holding a wheel, vajra, arrow, and bow, a white lotus, rosary, Refuge-granting Mudra, and a vase filled with nectar. Garuda-faced Mother, the face of Sharvari, sun-faced, moon-faced goddesses. Blue-necked, joyful upon Near-joy, three faces and six arms holding a lotus and, scripture, Refuge-granting Mudra, rosary hand. Lion-faced Mother, Naga-faced Mother, Joy-making Mother and Life-making Mother, on the lotus moon in bodhisattva posture. In the center is the Protector Eleven-faced, Secret Holder Mother and Holder Mother, Mantra Protector and Accomplishment Protector Mother, as above, with features, directions, and colors. On the divisions of the four-directional wheel, the main deity and four bodhisattvas, in the east is Vajra Empowerment, Unobstructed Mind and Accomplishment Empowerment, Vajra Mudra with a treasure chest, all on the lotus moon. In the south is Ratnasambhava Empowerment, Great Accomplishment Empowerment and Pig-face, Accomplishment Yoga Empowerment and, Boat-holding Empowerment, thus it is said. In the west is Padma Empowerment, Male Lion-face and, Lotus hand and Black Snake hand, Topknot Increasing Holder, thus it is said. In the north is Samaya Empowerment and, Wheel-holder and Tiger-skin holder, All Accomplishment Empowerment Conch-shell Increase, direction and the color of the direction. The ten world protectors and, the four great king divisions, all the well-known great deities, may they rejoice in the Dharma and laugh. For the sake of worldly and transworldly benefits, thinking of taking birth in a noble lineage, may the thousand Buddhas appearing in this Fortunate Aeon also laugh. Thus, those who are extensively displayed, the number of deities is vast, one thousand two hundred and four.

Ten mandalas of Avalokiteśvara, Five mandalas of the Lord of the World, Five mandalas of the Goddess of Knowledge, Seven mandalas of the Vajra Wrathful One. In each of those mandalas, There are many deities in the mind mandala, By nature, there are twenty-five, In the manner of cause and effect, there are nine aspects, In the aspect of wisdom, there are five, In the essence of Dharma, one prevails. Whatever one desires, Or elaborates the mandala in various ways, Or through the union of devotion to one, Having attained the supreme Vajra of Enlightenment, Greatly enjoying as the king of the three realms, The wheel of Dharma will also be turned. Being greatly pure and having faith, Diligently striving in one-pointed practice, Entering into virtuous conduct for the benefit of beings, With gentle speech, naturally without anger, Without deceit, greed, or distraction, With calm body and speech, and much learning, Without pride, miserliness, or attachment, Possessing generosity, compassion, and strength, Whatever one focuses on Avalokiteśvara, Reciting the essence of its root mantra without interruption, Expressing aspirations for the benefit of others.
