The ever-peaceful Buddha, revered by those who join their palms. The staff and bell give rise to love and compassion, the iron hook protects the world. The precious jujube makes eloquence easy, the bell makes the voice sweet. The rosary obtains prophecies, the tripod becomes a source of wealth. The incense of gods and others is a conch shell, the three-pointed spear wins battles. A red lotus is born as a god, a pill coated with juice is born as Brahma. Five-colored clouds are born as hermits, a mirror sees the face of the gods. A red lotus gives rise to wisdom, a blue lotus gives rise to a pure land. A white lotus increases the accumulation of virtue, a mountain increases sons and daughters. A weapon eliminates the obstacles of demons, attendants and harmonious minds are like the middle ghara. A shield destroys enemies and wild animals, a white yak tail whisk sweeps away sins. A spike of flowers cures diseases, a precious arrow is a pleasing friend. A bow finds wealth and position, crystal clears away poison and fever. The fearless hand destroys fear and dread, the vajra club is for enemies. The black vajra becomes a tamer of demons, the precious sword reverses the power of knowledge mantras. A begging bowl is obtained from diarrhea, a rope cures epidemic diseases. Those who desire grain hold a spike of grain, those who desire wealth hold a precious box. Or if you want to get prophecies, visualize the Buddha on your head. If you want to get five supernatural powers, visualize the five Buddhas. Then the protector Avalokiteshvara.

From the King of Root Tantras of Emanating Sovereignty, called the Lotus Net, the sixth chapter, the chapter on the arising of blessings. Then, in the world of Brahma, a deity born in a state of great joy, named the Vast Contemplation, with vast and profound realization, arose with his retinue, and rained down flowers of precious kinds in the direction of the teacher, filling the sky with the canopies of umbrellas. Together, with one voice, the retinue offered these words in secret praise: O Vajrapani, Vajradhara, of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, supreme accomplished Vajra Vidyadhara, born from Vajra Yoga, please explain to us and all sentient beings the order of arising of accomplishments. Some, with minds distracted, though separated from the meaning of the guru's tantra, give rise to holding sinful mantras, marvel at flowery words, deceive beings with no instructions, destroy the teachings with no accomplishments, and are transformed again and again by desire and so on, and go to hell and other bad migrations a second time. Some are the doors of the birth of karma, with faculties and mandalas maturing quickly, though they have instructions and tantric methods, they do not practice the Dharma properly, and are despised even by those they have initiated, like sons, and hatred increases and they quarrel. By this, both go to hell and so on. Some are of little learning, with inferior wisdom, foolish, influenced by others, and arrogant. They go to hell and so on by speaking faults and slandering the teachings and those who hold them. Some are led by unwholesome spiritual friends, with a fixed mind to enter the wrong path, abandoning the effort to praise the right path. Those who practice wrongly will go to hell. Some recite mantras without thought, and lamps, incense, tormas, and so on, are disturbed by spirits, and they and their retinue have short lives and diminished prosperity. Some have great desire and lust, are fierce and violent, and are jealous of other wise ones. They fabricate, pretend, curse the Dharma, and argue to establish their own wrong views. With minds shrouded in darkness, they are born into the race of fierce spirits. Some are extremely miserly, praising gods and gurus with words, but when offering food, possessions, ornaments, clothing, flowers, incense, tormas, and so on, they always give little and in a miserly way. They will be tormented by hunger and thirst, and be born into the race of inferior pretas.
