Sitting in the lotus position. After adding his name, Recite the Wrathful Yama's Slayer, "So-and-so, come quickly." Separate this with ཕཊ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, phaṭ, to shatter). When making this distinction in this way, Recite it ten thousand times. Then, knowing that sentient beings are dwelling well, If you want to tame them well, For those who harm the Three Jewels, Do it with the Wrathful One, not with others. Mentioning the name of the enemy's image, Writing it with ashes from the charnel ground, Then, on a sandalwood stake, Having recited it one hundred and eight times, Hanging it in his heart, Recite ten thousand times below it. Then, Wrathful Yama's Slayer, At the end of the mantra, insert the name, "So-and-so, destroy!" thus saying. Supporting the end with ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, seed syllable) and ཕཊ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, phaṭ, to shatter), If you complete ten thousand times, If you recite in this way, Then that action will cause death, There is no need to distinguish this. Always think of the Sugata, Do not come with an evil mind. Only from his heart, Generate suffering and eliminate it. The ritual of pacification and subjugation, Then do peaceful good deeds. As it is said, Do not engage in manifest actions. For the sake of loving sentient beings, It is taught to act with the thought of the Sugata. Whatever the Sugata has said, Thus, accomplishment is unimpeded. If you want to obtain accomplishment, Then you should not think of the Wrathful One in this way. If there is no thought of the Sugata, Then accomplishment will decline. In short, without the mind of enlightenment, By the Wrathful Manjushri, the chief deity, Accompanied by vows and recitations, As the ritual is spoken from the Tantras, The supreme accomplishment will decline. Whoever possesses the thought of the Sugata, And lacks good vows, Likewise, even without form, etc., He will obtain supreme accomplishments, Without afflictions, whatever he desires, All desires will be fulfilled. Whoever possesses the thought of the Sugata, And whose mind is not confused, but steadfast, Overcomes the difficult path of samsaric afflictions, To all the Tathagatas, After making prostrations, one obtains supreme accomplishment, Because of possessing the thought of the Sugata. Having known this, at that time, One should teach the supreme path of the Sugata. Afflictions and suffering will be destroyed, Do not rely on worldly gods. Thus, sentient beings.

To subdue the wicked, the actions as spoken, are for the sake of protecting the Three Jewels, and should not be applied elsewhere. Furthermore, regarding the actions of expulsion, wherever these may be, if one wishes to perform them accordingly, the manner should be explained. Likewise, in the ashes of a charnel ground, the wise should draw an image of the enemy. Having sat with both legs planted, in front of wrathful Manjushri, saying, "Expel so-and-so," adding their name at the end, and uttering Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable) and Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Break through), and also reciting Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable) a hundred thousand times, the demon will be expelled without fail. Alternatively, with those same ashes, having drawn an image of the enemy, and with the left foot on its heart, having trampled it without fail, facing the sun, if one recites the executioner of Yama, in an instant that enemy will be afflicted with a raging fever. Then, with the ritual of pacification, one should pacify oneself. If this is not done, within seven days, the demon will die without fail. Such actions and the like should not be performed by those with the mind of the Sugata. For all sentient beings, perform pacification and increase. One who possesses the nature of Bodhicitta will achieve it without delay. Thereafter, for the sake of the happiness of all sentient beings, the actions of pacification, and likewise the actions of increase, as spoken, should be explained. In a stupa or mandala, make offerings to the Tathagata. To the Three Jewels, also offer prostrations again and again. Whatever virtue is accumulated during the day and night, relying on the Three Jewels, do so with the intention of the Sugata. May all sentient beings, through this, transform extreme suffering into happiness. Whatever slight accomplishment is obtained through this, even if it is minute, the wise should always benefit sentient beings. The wise should perform actions at the stupa, and likewise recite the sacred Dharma. Other slight virtues, even if a small amount is obtained, one should always dedicate them to sentient beings, wishing to obtain the supreme accomplishment. Thus, this is Bodhicitta, which becomes an object for the sake of Dharma. The qualities of approaching a Bodhisattva have also been well explained. Having thus made the mind firm
