One can suppress armies so they cannot move, and also cause rain of blood to fall, whether it be a thousand or a million, one can kill immediately. One can immediately cause harm and confusion to fall. One can suppress vehicles or ships, and intoxicated elephants. One can cause enemy armies to be confused, one can quickly bewilder a region. When angered, one can make the earth tremble, one can burn islands and forests. One can dry up the waters of the Ganges, and also fill up dry places. One can well suppress clouds, and also cause rain to fall, one can also cause untimely rain to fall. One can also summon the lord of nāgas. Likewise, according to what is desired, The names of the Yakshini, Or Rakshasi or Gandharvi, Or the goddess of whatever is desired, Write the name and place it in front, Every day to the mandala, Add her words to the end, Recite a million times without weariness, The practitioner becomes frightened, They will all come. As long as the practitioner desires, Perform various actions here. All the gods, The practice of Yaksha and others has been explained. The sequel to this ritual, The sequel will also be explained. On the summit of an excellent mountain, Draw a mandala of many pretas. Having drawn the preta mandala, Make offerings of meat to all. The friend's mind should be brave, Possessing merit and dignity, The mandala drawn on a corpse cloth, Having placed it, then, From all of one's limbs, Draw out fresh blood with bones.
