In that place, the wise should make a mandala. In that place, scatter very pleasing flowers. The wise should offer eight blazing lamps. Offer very pleasing water and various foods. After offering Gugul incense, one with bodhicitta, with reverence, prostrates to all Tathagatas. Facing the stupa, recite for pacification and increase. Also, read the sacred Dharma and offer to the stupa from time to time. Thus, doing half day and half night, one will achieve pacification and increase. The work of increase has been explained. Furthermore, for the practitioner, I will explain how to make all the worlds rejoice. Just as a mother loves her child, it is like that here, but not elsewhere. The wise one must mix cow-yellow with his own blood. After mixing it many times, the wise one places it in a skull cup. Then, when there is a lunar eclipse, look at the moon and recite well in between. The next day, on one's own forehead, after making a dot, go to the king's entourage. This is the union practice of subjugating beings. This is a brief explanation. By seeing the world with and without wealth, one will be delighted. This is the teaching that makes all the people of the world rejoice. Then, the ritual of summoning, which was spoken by the Lord of Melodious Voice alone, from the mouth of the Wrathful One, will be briefly explained. From the hair of a dead woman or girl, with eight parts of ghee, diligently and skillfully make a rope. Then place it in a skull cup. Then, at the time of a lunar eclipse, recite daily until it changes. After the lunar eclipse has passed, by the clean waterside, in that place, write and offer with the mandala of most pretas. As said by the chief of the Wrathful Ones, make a vast torma to the one who has the wrath of a corpse. Then, to the beings outside as well. Then, press down on it with your hand. The one who dwells in the human skull, while the rope is shaking, look at the moon and recite. Then, if it jumps upwards, it is said that the practice is accomplished. At that time, after taking the rope, the worldly gods in an instant, think
