When one hundred and eight times are completed, all the nagas will cause a stream of rain to fall. If you want rain to fall in all of Jambudvipa, you will be able to obtain diligence for a year. Make pills with mustard, hot ghee, honey, horse-killing flowers, and nagakesara pollen. Then, put the pills in the heart and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. As soon as they are put in, the nagas will be happy and cause a great stream of rain to fall. If it does not rain immediately, their bodies will rot and deteriorate, and they will be infected with disease and experience great suffering. Take the ashes, boil them with alkali and salt, and recite the mantra sixty times. Pour it into the place where the nagas live. As soon as it is poured in, the nagas will become intoxicated and cause a stream of rain to fall. Whenever it does not rain immediately, white leprosy will appear on their bodies and their eyes will become blind. Mix the stamens of lotus, arga, and blue উৎপala with saffron and copper powder. Make pills with mustard, calamus, and jaggery water with wisdom. Recite the mantra eighty times, make pills the size of juniper berries, and then put seven pills into the place where the nagas live. In times of no rain, it will rain continuously for seven days and nights. If it does not rain immediately, all the water in the place where the nagas live will dry up. All the nagas will suffer. Place one pill in the lake where the nagas live, on the top of the victory banner, and also hang a blue banner. Write this mantra and hang it on it. As long as it does not fall from the top of the victory banner, the nagas will continue to rain. Then, recite another ritual: oṃ māricye suprati vajra tu nādhe mili mili svāhā. The nāga whose name is called will become agitated. If it is not happy staying in its place, it will not leave and will cause rain to fall. If it does not cause rain to fall, it will separate the life of the practitioner. Then, recite one thousand and eight times on each mustard seed and throw it at that nāga. When one thousand and eight recitations are complete, that nāga's body will move and it will also perform a snake-head dance. If it stands up after being struck with the crabapple branch, it will stay and show two tongues. As long as it shows the night, all the nāgas will be controlled. Do whatever is recited. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times on milk and mustard seeds together, according to its form, and throw it in all places. In all places, all the nāgas will be summoned individually.
