Homage to you, brave hero! Homage to you, supreme being! I prostrate with folded hands, homage to you, Dharma King! Then Brahma, the Great Brahma, also rose after folding his hands. The pure one, washed by Brahma, who has gone beyond all the Vedas. The king of physicians who delights beings, who heals all the world. Whatever Yakshas and Rakshasas are, dwelling in directions and intermediate directions, below the earth, in between, and above, the spirits dwelling in the sky. Before the eyes of the protector of the world, I declare the cessation of those faults. སྱཱད་ཡ་ཐེ་ད་ན། (Tibetan)བྲཧྣེ། (Sanskrit Devanagari,Brahmā)བྲཏྨ། (Sanskrit Romanization,Brahme)གྷོ་ཥེ། (Chinese literal meaning,Brahma)བྲཧྨ་སྭ་རེ། (Tibetan)བཛྲེ་བཛྲ་གྷོ་ཥེ། (Sanskrit Devanagari,Vajre Vajra-ghoshe)བཛྲ་དྷ་རེ། (Sanskrit Romanization,Vajre Vajra-ghoshe)སྠི་ཏེ་སཱ་རེ། (Chinese literal meaning,Vajra Vajra-sound)ཨ་ཙ་ལེ། (Tibetan)ཨ་ར་ཎེ། (Sanskrit Devanagari,Acale)ཨི་ཥ་ནི། (Sanskrit Romanization,Arane)ཨ་རཱ་ནི་ཏེ། (Chinese literal meaning,Immovable)ཤུ་རེ། (Tibetan)བ་རཱ་གྲ། (Sanskrit Devanagari,Isani)པྲཱཔྟེ། (Sanskrit Romanization,Aranite)སཱ་ག་ར་བ་ཏེ། (Chinese literal meaning,自在)May there be auspiciousness in all my directions Svaha!(Tibetan) Brahma and Indra, the guardians of the world and the great Isvara, all the leaders of the Yaksha armies, and the ogresses with their children. May you accept my flowers, incense, and this fire offering. Through their diligence, splendor, power, and strength, may all diseases be destroyed, may I be auspicious from all fears and harms Svaha!(Tibetan) Those born from wind and those born from bile, those born from phlegm and those born from a combination, may all diseases be destroyed, may I be auspicious from all fears and harms Svaha!(Tibetan) Homage to you, brave hero! Homage to you, supreme being! I prostrate with folded hands, homage to you, Dharma King! Then, the Bhagavan thought thus: The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, do not appear in the world for the sake of a single kingdom. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, do not appear in the world for the sake of the benefit of even a single sentient being from cities, towns, regions, villages, and homes, but for the benefit of the world including gods, including demons, including Brahma, ascetics, and Brahmins, and for the benefit of beings including gods, humans, and asuras, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, appear in the world. That is like a physician who is supremely skilled, dedicated to healing, and knowledgeable in medicine.
