In all places, directions should not appear. The world with the gods, for the sake of all the bhutas, is reviled. The bhutas harm and injure the human race. Those who transcend mantras and vidya-mantras, the excellence of the mantra here shows the subjugation of others. The retinue that transcends vidya-mantras, having threatened with complete severance, I will also truthfully declare before the protector of the world. Whoever, in the mandala of the bhutas, does not listen when this is proclaimed, let their punishment be declared. This sutra is emanated by Brahma. Having prostrated at the feet of the Buddha, and having looked at each other, with vaidurya, gold, and silver, mutikas and all kinds of glass, amber, and the essence of stone, adorned with the seven jewels, a thousand spokes, its color like gold, a chariot made in four forms, possessing all skills, it travels in the sky by means of miraculous power. The kings, having stayed there, go to the mandala of the bhutas. The ground is filled with gold powder and flowers.
