I, whoever causes division in the Sangha, with hatred towards the Tathagata, commits the act of drawing blood from the Buddha's body, whatever being it may be, I am there. Like the head of Arjaka bursting, the skull splitting into seven pieces, afflicted by Yaksha disease, may my body develop mottled skin. Whoever violates this sutra spoken by the Buddha, the Great Destroyer, the king of Vidyas, may our wishes not be fulfilled. At that time, in the vast city of Vaishali, all plagues, fears, harms, epidemics, and disturbances ceased. Yakshas, Rakshasas, humans, and non-humans also went beyond their respective spheres of activity. Swans, parrots, partridges, cuckoos, peacocks, geese, jackdaws, and flocks of birds all emitted pleasant sounds. Kinnaras were unharmed in their bodies, like daughters of the gods. Precious ornaments also jingled without being shaken. Great drums, conches, clay drums, hand drums, lutes, and flutes also produced sounds as they were placed. Nepalese apples, Vibhitaka fruits, Amla, banyan trees, Bodhi trees, monkey dwellings, white banyans, Udumbara trees, Sal trees, and Tamala trees also emitted rich fragrances. Hundreds of thousands of gods also uttered the sound "Alala," and visibly showered flowers from the sky. The scents of non-humans also appeared in the world. Then, the Four Great Kings joined their palms and said to the Bhagavan: Venerable Bhagavan, whoever upholds the precepts, wears monastic robes, takes, upholds, recites, explains, understands, and writes down this Great Destroyer Sutra King, which liberates from all evil spirits, this category of Dharma with the Buddha's seal, and then unties the knots and wears it, then plagues, fears, harms, epidemics, disturbances, bloody conflicts, battles, imprisonments, disputes, gambling, and even slanders, these sinful and unwholesome dharmas...

It will not be prevented. It will overcome all harm. One should seek to demarcate the boundaries of the area. Having bathed, consuming three white foods, abstaining from five bad foods, fully observing all human codes of conduct, maintaining equanimity towards all sentient beings, being extremely adorned, the one possessing clothes and ornaments, should make villages, cities, towns, regions, crossroads, and houses free from heaps of sleep. Scatter flowers in the central open spaces around the royal palace, and fumigate with various incenses. In the four directions, place four girls who have bathed and are adorned, holding weapons in their hands, four bells, and four jewel containers. In the morning, when the umbrella is raised, one should recite the vidyā-mantra, and recite and read the sutras. Written in letters, praise and hang it on the top of great stupas, great trees, and great banners, and offer with various flowers and incenses for half a month. Recite the vidyā-mantra once for each umbrella. In this way, the entire area will be liberated. Similarly, villages, cities, towns, districts, regions, the surroundings of the royal palace, residences, temples, houses, fields, workplaces, trees, fruits, meadows, gardens, cattle sheds, and livestock pens should be free from sleep. Burn sandalwood and juniper, scatter flowers in the open spaces, fumigate with various fragrances from the left and right of all doors, anoint all seeds with ghee and scatter them in the four directions. Hang various colored threads at the water gate. Those places that have become birthplaces for animals should be taken out and then put back in. The vidyā-mantra should also be recited. Written in letters or tied in knots, hang it high and offer it. In front of the sick person, place a statue of the Buddha, relics of the Buddha, an image of Brahma, an image of Indra, or images of the Four Great Kings on a low table or a food container.

Suppose, after making four mudras, place them. Offer to the Three Jewels with the names of various flowers, various incenses, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, the Great Powerful One, the leader of the Yakshas, the powerful Yaksha, the Robber Mother, and so on. May their power, dominion, and blessings make me auspicious. Please protect me. May I be liberated from all diseases. The patient's food, drink, and medicine are also blessed with this mantra and given. When the Fully Enlightened One attains complete enlightenment, the protectors of the world from the four directions, having taken the four vessels, offered them to the Sugata, and by miraculous power transformed them into one, the supreme vessel of the gods, and the medicines that are like nectar, held in the Teacher's hand, by those words of truth, may the medicines become nectar. Likewise, the goddess Robber Mother, having taken the divine substance, the auspicious Arura, offered it to the Teacher, the medicines that are like nectar, by these words of truth, may they eliminate all the diseases of the patients, rob all faults, may the medicines become nectar. By the splendor of Buddha Vipashyin, and the powers of the Crowned One, and the words of truth that protect all, and the samadhi that dispels wrong views, and the wisdom called gold, and the miracles of Kashyapa Buddha, and the powers of Shakya Lion, may the medicines become nectar. Let the patient face east, and offer the medicines to him. At that time, place this mantra on the palm of your hand and recite it. Syadyathe dan, kha te, kha te, kha te, kha te bi kha ti, bi ma le, bi lam be, ba le, ba la ba ti, tsan dre, tsa ra ne, amṛta nirghoṣa svāhā. May the diseases caused by wind, the diseases caused by bile, the diseases caused by phlegm, the diseases caused by mixture, all diseases be completely destroyed, may I always be auspicious. Or born from the actions of curses and zombies, a woman holding an umbrella, fasting for one day, thoroughly bathed, extremely adorned, then scattering loose flowers in a secluded place, fumigating with various incenses, using sandalwood and juniper.
