ར། 陨星亦将坠落。 如是太阳般出现。 彼方之军队与， 饥荒极其将发生。 彼之象眷与， 大臣眷属将死亡。 彼之下方骡母等， 眷属等亦将死亡。 家与受用财物等， 互相之间将抢夺。 于各处以兵器， 互相之间将击打。 争端与争吵及欺骗， 将于各地发生。 于国土鬼神入驻， 不悦意之疾病亦生。 彼之下方布施处， 不具正法将出现。 彼之眷属与大臣亦， 不具正法将出现。 于不具正法之众生， 彼之下方将供养。 于具正法之有情， 恒常以刑罚而断绝。 恭敬不具正法之众生， 以刑罚断绝具正法者， 于彼处水与星辰风， 三者将各自扰乱。 执持非法众生故， 正法精华如尸之色。 有情之光彩与大地之精华， 三者将各自衰败。 极度恭敬恶劣之众生， 诋毁贤善之众生故， 死亡与口舌之灾及饥荒， 三种将于彼处发生。 果实庄稼味道与光彩， 彼之下方将消失。 众多生病之有情， 将于各地发生。 香甜巨大之果实， 纵然于各地存在， 雪与热及， 微小之物将出现。 嬉戏与欢笑及喜悦， 往昔喜悦之事物与， 喜悦衰退将不悦。 为百种烦恼所扰乱， 庄稼等与果实之， 油性精华汁液耗尽故， 于身体与界及根， 如是不能满足也。 有情 之容色丑陋且， 力量微弱极其消瘦。 纵然食用众多食物， 亦不能感到满足。 力量与威力及精进亦， 彼之下方将消失。 有情精进衰退者， 将于各地出现。 为各种疾病所折磨之， 有情多病将出现。 由各种罗刹所化现之， 曜

For sentient beings who possess Dharma, They will always be cut off with punishments. Honoring beings who do not possess Dharma, Cutting off those who possess Dharma with punishments, In that place, water, stars, and wind, The three will be completely disturbed. Because of holding onto non-Dharma beings, The essence of the sacred Dharma will be the color of a corpse. The radiance of sentient beings and the essence of the earth, The three things will completely perish. Greatly honoring evil beings, and Disparaging virtuous beings, Death, verbal abuse, and famine, The three will occur there. The taste and color of fruits and crops, Below that, will disappear. Many sick sentient beings, Will occur in those countries. Sweet and large fruits, Even if they exist in those countries, Snow and heat, and Small things will appear. Playfulness, laughter, joy, and Things that were previously joyful, and Joy will diminish and become unpleasant. Disturbed by a hundred afflictions, The oil, essence, and juice of Crops and fruits will be exhausted, Therefore, the body, elements, and senses, Will not be satisfied in that way. Sentient beings Will have ugly complexions, Weak and extremely emaciated. Even if they eat a lot of food, They will not be satisfied. Strength, power, and diligence also, Below that, will disappear. 星辰也会出现变异。如果国王偏袒不合乎正法的方面，由于国王不具备正法，在三界的世界中心，三界将会彻底毁灭。当国王偏袒一方，并且忽视惩罚罪恶时，各种各样的罪恶就会在各地发生。诸天神为何要加持国王呢？如果国王自己不作为，并且忽视惩罚罪恶，那么行善的众生将会转生到天界成为天人，作恶的众生将会转生为饿鬼、地狱和畜生。当国王在各地忽视惩罚罪恶时，将会从三十三天神的位置上因作恶而堕落。如果国王自己不作为，他的儿子也不会是国王。天上的国王也会因父亲的过失而受到牵连。欺骗是非常令人憎恶的，它会导致国家和地区的毁灭。因此，诸天神会加持人间的国王，为了平息罪恶，为了鼓励行善。今生，为了众生和国家的正法，国王会带来成熟的果报。为了显示善行和恶行的业力成熟的不同果报，国王被称为执行者。为了自己和他人的利益，以及为了国家的正法，诸神会加持国王，众神也会随喜。为了调伏各地作恶和欺骗的人，为了国家的正法，国王甚至会牺牲生命和王位。容忍不合乎正法的事情，并且有意识地忽视，国家将会面临无法忍受的恐惧，没有比这更可怕的了。如果不对欺骗行为进行惩罚和制止，各种令人憎恶的欺骗行为将会再次在国家中出现。就像大象破坏大池塘一样，国家和地区将会被摧毁，诸天神也会感到愤怒，天界也会被摧毁。国家中的一切事物都会变得不吉祥，因此，应该按照罪行的轻重来惩罚作恶者。

When the king is biased and neglects to punish evil deeds, various evils will occur in various places. Why do the gods bless the king? If the king himself does not act and neglects to punish evil deeds, then sentient beings who do good will be reborn in the heavens as gods, and sentient beings who do evil will be reborn as hungry ghosts, hell beings, and animals. When the king neglects to punish evil deeds in various places, he will fall from the position of the thirty-three gods due to evil deeds. If the king himself does not act, his son will not be the king either. The heavenly king will also be implicated by the faults of his father. Deception is extremely hateful, and it will lead to the destruction of the country and region. Therefore, the gods will bless the human king in order to pacify evil deeds and to encourage good deeds. In this life, for the sake of sentient beings and the Dharma of the country, the king will bring about mature karmic results. In order to show the different results of the maturation of good and evil deeds, the king is called the executor. For the benefit of oneself and others, and for the Dharma of the country, the gods will bless the king, and the gods will also rejoice. In order to subdue those who do evil and deceive in various places, and for the Dharma of the country, the king will even sacrifice his life and throne. Tolerating things that are not in accordance with the Dharma and consciously neglecting them, the country will face unbearable fear, and there is nothing more terrible than this. If deceptive acts are not punished and stopped, various hateful deceptive acts will reappear in the country. Just as elephants destroy large ponds, the country and region will be destroyed, the gods will also be angered, and the heavens will be destroyed. Everything in the country will become inauspicious, therefore, those who do evil should be punished according to the severity of their crimes.
